A quality piece of pasta making equipment. You could get a cheaper version but this brand was built to last and makes it easy to create ravioli. Clean up is also a breeze.

This worked beautifully! The raviolis hold about a teaspoon of filling each. I learned the hard way to use flour, flour and more flour for them to come out of the mold. Uniform, beautiful raviolis every time!
