Can you take the cushion off and wash it?

Hello, no the cushion is sewn onto the chair. A little warm water with a small amount of soap should be sufficient to clean it.

Why is this labeled as a ladies lounge chaise? I dont see why men cant use this. Or is the length to short?

Men can use it. But they call it a ladies lounge because that turquoise stripe you see? It's a super elastic material for boobs when lying on your stomach. Takes the pressure off your breasts. It's unisex, with a breast pocket.

How comfortable is this chair and how sturdy is it?

It's pretty sturdy but if you have large breasts or are short It's not very comfortable. I actually returned mine I'm 5'2 with large breasts and couldn't get it to line up without breasts on the bar when laying down or bar pushing into my ribs.
