Did exactly what I needed it to do. Stabilized fabric that I was cutting on the bias and prevented distortion when piecing, to make very accurate blocks.

Excellent stuff for still fabric

I'm in a quilting group at my Church, and my job is embroidering the squares and pass them on to the quilters to put things together. Terial Magic treatment makes the fabric stiff, thus making the embroidery faster and much tighter. It is soooo much easier to work with than traditional paper/fusible types.

Works good but I discovered another product that works better

I saw this stuff touted on a demo for an embroidery site that I like. Since my embroidery usually puckers, I decided to give it a try. I made a relatively complex embroidery design that would usually pucker for me, but low and behold it was nice and smooth. (it also helped that I used fabric adhesive spray to hold things in place, but I still don't think that alone would have turned out as well. It was easy to use and didn't stain. When I run out, which may be awhile since I got a massive quantity, I will definitely buy this stuff again.

I was a bit shy about trying this product. I had made quilt blocks and they didn't turn out true to size even though I checked my quarter inch seams, thread, needle, etc. My 6" finished blocks were measuring 6-1/4 not 6-1/2. So I decided to try Terial Magic and Tah Dah! it solved the issue. The fabric was almost like paper probably because I did dilute it a bit to make it last longer. The cuts were clean and sewing was like a dream. No gunk on needle or iron. I washed my test block to see what would happen and the block was soft and pliable. Great product. There is an extra step involved in the quilting process but it was worth it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product was recommended to me by a professional sewer who had worked for JoAnn's for years. I had been using spray starch for my embroidery projects but this product gives me the firmness I wanted for my machine embroidery.
