Beautiful color
I loved the color these small edible flowers added to my appetizer — they brought such a beautiful and delicate touch. I’ve also used them to brighten up cocktails, and they added an amazing natural pop of color. The quality seems excellent, and I really appreciate that the colors are 100% natural. They definitely elevate both the look and feel of any dish or drink!

Butterfly Pea Flower tea
This is my first time purchasing this tea. I have seen alot of rave about it & curiousity paid off. It has a pleasant smell, gorgous color. The second batch I mixed hibiscus flowers I dried from fall & it tastes great together. I can't wait to let my grandkids try it & watch the color change if they want to try it with lemon, lime, or orange.

Tasty
I bought this to make a fun drink for my daughter's butterfly birthday party. The kids only kind of liked it, but all the moms really liked it. It tastes like flowers and the blue is beautiful. I didn't drink it over a period of time, so I'm not sure of any of the benefits. I would buy again for my own use though.

Good product, you just need a lot for a deep colour
Works great, no taste just a great colour. You have to use a lot of flowers to get a deep colour in whatever you’re making. I make lavender syrup for my matcha and it was barely purple (you need lemon juice to change it from blue to purple)

Purple Noodles, Milk and Krispie Treats
This is a supplement that colors food BLUE or PURPLE and is good for you! Kids love the fun of coloring foods that are normally white and boring like milk or mashed potatoes. Try this when making Rice Krispy Treats, especially for a Unicorn Birthday Party!!

Expensive for cookie frosting, good product tho
I made Christmas cookies and ground this up to use as frosting coloring. (Following a recipe my hubby wanted to try.) obviously it was a bit pricey for my culinary purposes but had no real problems with the product as it worked amazingly well. Mild flavor was a plus but that’s just my opinion. :)

Ehhhh
Was excited to try this. It does a good job making a drink look really good and blue while still feeling natural but the taste is not good and smell is not good it is also pretty pricey for what you get in my opinion.

Amazing!!!
Its sooooo good! I start off with a little to gauge how strong the flavor will be since I've never had it before and leave it steeped for 5 mins, still a strong enough flavor. And the longer you steep, the darker the blue. Add lemon juice, you'll get your purple tea. It does smell like peas when you open the bag and taste a lil like it (duh, pea flower), but I love both of those things. Its better with sugar and lemon over ice. Definitely will order this again, especially from this seller and I can't wait to try their other products I'm that happy

Great for party tricks
There isn't a strong flavour, but I didn't expect there to be one. I use the flowers to steep that beautiful color into beverages. It makes a fun party trick. When you add lemon, the color turns from blue to pink--really fun with kids and for fancy cocktails.

great product
love this product. worked really well for making cute shaped ice cubes. the longer you leave it steeping, the darker blue the water gets. i would recommend using super dark blue water to make ice cubes as they “fade” as they freeze. looking forward to using it in baking as well.

Buy this for the colour
The tea brews to a beautiful blue tending to purple when concentrated. The depth of the natural dye in the flowers is amazing. I overdid it with two teaspoons in a pot of water; the tea still retained a rich blue after three or four repourings of hot water. The flavour is very subtle; sort of a pleasant mossy smell. Colour changes to sort of a carmine red with the addition of an acid like lemon juice.

Smaller bag than expected but nice!
This bag was definitely smaller than other dried flowers I orderd. But these were wonderful to use and work with. They smell fantastic and are easy to infuse

Awesome!!
Love these!! I hadn’t noticed this was a bag full of the whole dried flowers (thought they’d be ground). I wanted to make a blue cheesecake recipe I was shown but wanted to avoid excess artificial food coloring. I couldn’t achieve a very vivid blue for the cheesecake portion but for the jelly top it worked out wonderfully. I didn’t know it was possible to achieve beautiful blue tones naturally. You don’t need a lot of flowers either- use more or less depending on how dark/light you want it to be. As far as taste goes, when I brewed a cup to drink on its own, the taste reminded me a bit of some green teas. In the cheesecake I made, I didn’t detect it at all. Just keep in mind that if you will use it to color food and want it to be blue, your recipe must avoid anything acidic as otherwise it will turn it purple. I noticed when I added the gelatin to the jelly part it activated some purple undertones.
