No! these are used for removing dust before painting!

Can you use this on your car windshield before tinting?

I cannot say for sure, but I seriously doubt that using a tack cloth is a good idea for this end use. As the name implies, a tack cloth is sticky and latches onto bits of sawdust on wood that’s undergoing refinishing. Ever (inadvertently) stick your finger in a mouse-glue trap? That’s what the tack cloth feels like. Sticky. I suggest that you use a new microfiber cleaning cloth that has gone through a washing machine and a dryer. No detergent & no fabric softener. This is no different than putting a glass screen protector onto your cell phone or laptop. You want the screen ultra clean and there should be no residue of your cleaning agents to interfere with your applied film.

Can these be washed and reused?

No. I think they would lose their tackiness completely if they were washed. They are so cheap that you use them and throw them away. They do open up to quite a large piece. Make sure you unfold all the way. They are quite large
