I really like the taste of this tea! I find that it does work well but some medications that cause constipation may require drinking this tea for about 4 days in a row before it works. I have always resisted these type of teas because the ones I tried before had a dirty taste, and seemed to be too harsh. I bought this the first time about a year ago and never used it or even opened it. For some reason, I decided to give it a try about a month ago. I followed the instructions: short brew-time the first few days, then a little longer brew-time after that. I was very pleasantly surprised that it has a soft mint flavor which tasted good (with a teaspoon of added maple syrup), didn't cause me any inside discomfort, and about six hours later worked in the exact normal way it should. I am only drinking it every couple days, because the "normal" effect seems to carry over to the next day or so. I will be ordering on a regular basis.

I keep this product in stock! Especially for the days I feel bloated or haven’t used the bathroom. I drink the tea at night and the next morning I am not bloated and it’s worked its way through my system so I am not waiting around to use the bathroom. Never catches me off guard.

I would be lost with out the tea!

I have been using this tea for years. It works every time. Way too expensive for just a bag of tea, but because it works so well, I will continue to buy it. Gave some to coworkers, they too liked it.

I love Dr natura detox kit altogether. But we buy this tea to keep regular outside of a full detox. It definitely does the job. It's not for everyday use though. It tastes , not good, but like you would expect for a tea that will run you off.

I've used this on occasion for several years now and it works as advertised! It provides overnight relief and you will be skipping around a little lighter before mid-morning. One thing I would change is the price; it is a little spendy.
