20'X40' Party Tent Heavy Duty Wedding Tent Outdoor Gazebo Event Shelter Canopy with Carry Bags

This review is for the 20x20 heavy duty party tent. We absolutely love this tent. The material that it is made from is heavy duty as it states. The item arrived in 3 separate boxes, all parts were included none were missing. There are 2 storage bags included as well. The parts were clearly marked, and the assembly was pretty simple. Most of the parts snap together, so that was a plus. The entire tent can be closed so if it is a rainy day you won’t have to worry about getting wet, and besides that this thing is so thick that it is virtually water proof. The tent is absolutely beautiful and is very spacious, lots of height and width.Customer service was exceptional, they were easy to reach, quick in response and resolution.The only thing that could make this tent more perfect is if the front zippered wall had a window or door like clear view, so that you could see out if you needed to close that opening.Other than that we couldn’t be more happy.

I bought this tent since rentals of similar size would be near the same price and I plan to use this once a year for as long as it lasts for our annual Christmas party. The frame of the tent actually surprised me with how sturdy it felt. All tent poles and connectors seemed well built thicker than I figured they would be. The tent “fabric” is the part I am unsure of. It seems durable enough for a few uses but I’m unsure how long it will last. Overall it worked out well for our party. I assembled the majority of this tent by myself in about 4 hours. With a few other folks helping out I’m sure I wouldn’t take more than 2 hours. My biggest cons are listed below.1. Wing nuts for the connecting bolts are terrible. I know they were going for a “tooless” design but it is impossible to get the wing nuts tight enough by hand so you have to turn them with pliers. I plan on replacing them with some regularly bolts and nuts.2. Two of the side pole covers were missing the Velcro connection points so the covers were unable to attach to the poles. Not a huge deal but an oversight on the QC.3. The carrying/storage bags are almost useless. The handles on two of the bags ripped upon first movement. Not a huge deal for me since I don’t have to take the parts far but could be an issue if you have to move this thing around.Overall the tent worked out great for us and I recommend buying this vs renting if you have the space to store it.

We bought this tent for an outdoor wedding reception because it was the same price to purchase this tent as it would have been to rent one. I am VERY HAPPY with the tent! Putting it together was pretty easy, but we ended up with two joint pieces swapped — either one of the pieces was mislabeled or we made a mistake, either way, the tent was already up so we left it alone and had no problems. We had 5 or 6 people putting all the pieces together for the roof the day before the event, then later in the day just my husband and my son finished putting the tarp on the roof and erecting the roof onto the legs and bottom framework. Thank GOD we tied the whole framework down really well, because a crazy storm front rolled through overnight with sustained winds at 20–25mph and gusts over 35mph. I know you're not supposed to put these tents up in bad weather, but we were only expecting a rain shower, not an "almost" tropical storm. Needless to say, we prayed A LOT during the hour it took for that storm to pass over, and in the end only the pins that secure the bottom rail to the ground had pulled up a little. Our 10'x10' pop up tent didn't fare as well because the water pooled on the vinyl roof and collapsed the framework of that tent, so I know the outcome for the 16'x32' could have been much worse. Nonetheless, it held up without any problems and we had a beautiful event the next day. Also, it's very spacious and easily fit six 8' tables and two 6' tables seating over 40 people comfortably!

I purchased this party tent to hold some classes in during Covid-19. I was a little confused when I received notification that the order had shipped via FedEx. It said only one box had shipped and then nothing about the other boxes that were part of the party tent. When the FedEx driver arrived we were surprised that the complete party tent in 6 or 7 boxes was on the truck.We assembled the party tent with 4 people in about 4 hours. The party tent comes with 4 hurricane anchor that are about 1/4" in diameter with about a 1" diameter auger near the bottom. I purchased some additional hurricane anchors for the tent that were about 3/8" diameter with 3" auger plates and nylon ratchet straps.After setting the tent up someone ran into the corner pole and bent it beyond use. There were also other parts that were bent badly as well. In contacting the company through Amazon they got back to me within a couple of days and said that they would replace the parts one time at no charge. Unbelievable! Some of the parts were on backorder and wouldn't be in stock until June 11 and then they would be shipped.I chose this party tent because of the metal frame that comes with ground bars for extra support. The quality of the frame is great. I was a little disappointed in the poly that covers the frame it seemed a little on the thin side but it has with stood wind and rain just not golf carts.I would recommend this party tent to anyone looking for a reasonably priced party tent for temporary use. The customer service is as good as it gets. Don't hesitate to purchase this item.I can't believe it! The 20' X 40' Peaktop Party tent sustained damage in a 60 mph wind the other day and I need replacement parts. I contacted Peaktop Outdoors and they are sending the replacement parts that I need to make the tent functional again. The surprising part of the damage is that the poly top with stood the wind damage with a few minor rips that can be repaired. I would buy this tent and any other PeakTop product anytime without hesitation. The tent is great quality and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with on any product. They are great.

Good reliable material! Heavy poles that won’t fly up when there’s high winds! I love it!!!

The tent is nice! However, it is not as sturdy as I thought it would be. A couple of the legs and 2A bent due to winds. Also, I could NOT find the model number. It was not displayed on my order or the boxes. The stakes should be longer as the tent is 40 ft. The stakes are no longer than what is used for a 10X10 tent. Overall it is a nice tent.

I'll have to see if I can find some photos, but we got this tent for our 4th of July 3 day wedding event. It was superb! The tent was beautiful, we lined it with solar lights. We had help putting it up. Because we got the larger one, it took a while but was not difficult, the instructions were straight forward.During a tornado warning storm, we had severe winds which took the tend down, months later, after it staying up without issue.So in that happening several of the poles broke. We wrote the company and without hesitation they would reply. We got this matter resolved very quickly because of them and they were all very very kind.We'll even get our tent back up and ready for our baby shower because they didn't delay in sending the parts! Woohoo! We've loved this tent so much, we've been considering having weddings on our property. It's just a great piece to any event. And yes, I'm a real customer!
