Great clock. Great design.

I love the size of this clock. The wood tone is rich. It has an “easy read” face. The chime tone has volume control. It looks impressive on our family room wall by a built in curio cabinet.

The wood is nice, altho clearly veneer. The clock face is nice and seems like high quality.The pendulum movement is not bad, but it does not look like a real pendulum movement; it's a tad cheesy. But for this price, not bad. Initial impression is that the pendulum eats batteries; at least 1 AA/month, I suspect.There are separate batteries for the clock, pendulum and chimes.------ Update 2/4/2013 --------I'm not sure what happened with the first battery, but the 2nd one has lasted about 3 months so far and is doing fine. There are single AA batteries each for the clock and pendulum separately. 2 AA batteries power the chimes, but I didn't want chimes so those battery compartments are empty.

I LOVE this clock! I searched for 2 weeks looking for the perfect clock for our living room. I knew this was the one when I saw it. It’s even prettier in person. We have had it for 2 months now. It chimes every hour on the hour from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We have has no issues with the batteries. I would highly recommend it!

This Howard Miller clock adds a nice touch to our dining room. It has a lovely chime that may be turned off too. I was looking for something to fill a small wall and the clock fit perfectly... Love it!

Clock arrived well packed. It is just as advertised. It fits perfectly on our wall and has kept good time. The chimes are lovely and sound more like real chimes than electronic chimes. Very happy with our purchase.

Have still to work out how to set the chimes correctly
