Perfect color
Wella makes great products! I use it to touch up my roots in between visits to my hairdresser. It’s easy and simple to use. It comes out great and I love it. My hair looks great and feels great after I use it.

Love the hair die. It works great. Doesn't fry your hair. But the only complaint is that you don't have my color anymore you have one that's close though and it works.

New box - darker color?
I’ve used the Wella ColorCharm 7NW in the past with great success. But this time, I used the same product with a new box design and same technique, but the color came out darker. It also had a more noticeable chemical smell after mixing with peroxide than in the past. Color looked great — will get the 8NW next time.

DO A TEST STRAND BEFORE
The color is not the same as if you buy it straight from Wella. I was totally in shoke after applying color and my hair came out with a red hue. That has never happened to me before when it was bought from Wella. I am a hairdresser for 25 years, I should of know better. I should of done a test strane before applying the color to my roots. So test first before applying it to your whole head

i usually love wella toners, however this color is nothing like the box. way way way too dark. not a fan.

Good product - wrong order twice
Product is great. But getting the order number to match delivery was challenging Ordered a specific dye colour twice and both times received a different dye number Price is very good but frustrating that warehouse pickers are not paying closer attention to order due number

Arrived empty and a mess
I buy lots of wella products frkn Amazon. This arrived in a box 50x the size of product and product had leaked and was empty. Not a great delivery.
