This is a great deck of cards. I purchased the bridge size because I have small hands. This quality deck comes with directions and a link to a video teaching link. Anyone can do a magic card trick with this deck as soon as you read or watch the video. I am a beginner and I already have 2 tricks that amaze my friends and family ! I will be buying more soon so I have spare decks of cards where ever I need them. Purse, glove box of car, or even with my regular poker cards.

My daughter recently became fascinated with magic so i decided to have a little fun and show her some tricks i learned from a magician using a Svengali deck. The price is good. The cards themselves are a bit thin, not as thick (or durable) as I would have hoped... but for the price i cant complain too much. Once i received the deck, i had to do a quick prep for the effect to work and was instantly able to perform the tricks i knew. A good starter deck for kids or beginners learning magic.

Easy-to-use. If we could choose the card...I understand this would create inventory issues.

It will definitely entertain if done right. Can even pull off The Simese Twins trick if you separate out the "trick" cards and use two face cards.

Everything about this deck is great, but unfortunately quality got lost in packaging in that they did not have enough Ace Spades to setup the deck completely. It is still functional, but was 5 Aces short. I know this is an issue because I ordered two decks and the second deck had 2 Aces too many. Need to get this right, but still worth the buy and the amazing tricks you can do because of an easy way to "force" a card.

This deck is well made and the various tricks you can do really wow people. It's easy to learn with minimal practice. You can do 4 or 5 of the tricks all in a row on the same person/group to heighten the effect. If there's ever a chance you'll do a presentation to same group again, buy 2 decks, cause doing tricks a 2nd time with the same deck is a no-no. The booklet, 101 Tricks for a Svengali Deck, is an important add-on that's well worth the cost.
