Call Conair Personal Appliances: 1-800-334-4031 Give them the model number (visible on the side) of your hair dryer they will look it up and then you just buy it from them they will send it to you. They’re just a couple of dollars.

I have been using a hair dryer like this for 25+ years. The newer one, the brush falls off; does the brush attachment stay on this one? never use comb

Yes, the brush attachment stays on this model. I, too, have been using a Conair hair dryer like this one for many years, but purchased a less expensive one recently which had a brush that fell off. I returned it. Fortunately, this model is almost exactly like the one I have used and loved for years.

What replacement attachments work with this dryer

Only the 3 attachments that come with it. It works great to dry hair quickly w/o the brush or combs attached.

What are the wide tooth thermal comb materials?

Looks like plastic like the rest of the comb. Works fine though.
