This is our house pasta. The spirals are so cool looking and hold sauce (tomato, pesto, cream, stroganoff) like no other. The pasta itself is delicious with just butter or EVOO. It keeps forever dry, and for weeks in the fridge cooked al dente. Highly recommended.

Pasta brand is great! However, Amazon sent it in brown paper envelope so much of the pasta was crushed. SHOULD HAVE BEEN PACKAGED IN A BOX. Do better, Amazon!
