Are all the day names black or some red? i saw some pictures on other sites where sun was red and sat was blue.

the setting is both in english and spanish, depends on how you ant it, the saturday and sunday ones are different colors, saturday is blue and the sunday is in red. but the weekdays monday to friday is all in black. best of luck considering this purchase. I really love mine, keeps great time :D

how do i set day and date

Pull crown half way out to set day and date . Turn counterclockwise for day. Turn clockwise for date. Pull crown all the way to set time. Then push back in.

Is this a women’s or men’s watch?

I think it can be used by either a man or a woman. I have thin wrists so I tend to like smaller men's watches which used to be much more common. In recent years, watches have grown to be too large for me, so the Seiko 5 is what I choose to wear. I have several. I think a woman would like this watch, if she prefers a larger readable watch. This watch is a minimalist's dream. Hope this helps
