Mau We brand works on my muscle spasms
I was watching motivational Doc on utube . He was talking about Boswellia being anti-inflammatory. I have multiple diagnosis and suffer from horrific spasms. I decided to order this brand because it has tumeric and black pepper in it. By day three I noticed I didn't need my muscle relaxers. I was staying up longer and overall feeling much better. This brand it very good because I ordered three different brands to try. This is the best by far. I hope everyone that tries it gets as much relief as I have. My son has myotonia and suffers daily. I got him a bottle and be says its helping. I have told several relatives and they are taking it too now. Boswellia for inflammation along with tumeric black pepper and Frankensence is a fantastic combination for me. I have spinal issues. Ive got arthritis and a connective tissue illness that caused ligaments and tendons to slip. I think if it helps me it would help most. I am grateful to this Mau We company for creating such a good product.

helped with knee pain
Helped with knee pain within two days, i had pain in inner side of right knee and had X-rays done and had appointment to see orthopedic doctor and canceled appointment...

Pill is a little large, makes harder to swallow

Works great.
I was sceptical at first. This was recommened by my orthopedic doctor. It works well for my knee pain. I have to take little or no ibuprofen.

The jury is still out
I've only been taking these for about 2 weeks. Most things I read said that knee pain would be relieved in a week. I didn't think it would completely go away. I can say that I have been able to workout harder since using it. Mind over matter? I will continue using until I'm convinced one way or another.

Now Ellis-Curvin-I feel better for taking this cap but I’m not saying all pain is gone.
It’s difficult to review a supplement but these are my opinions in regards to the questions. Pain relief: I’m holding steady with pain relief which is what I want but the pain is not gone. No problem swallowing. No flavor swallowing it whole.

Best supplement
This is by far the best supplement I've ever purchased and I buy quit a lot of supplements to try to help pain. This supplement not only works but provides anti depression benefits plus mental clarity. Highly recommend
