If you were into RC and have multiple batteries you need one of these
Pros Works amazing I sometimes charge the batteries and donโt get to use them all or get rained out and this is a great time saving Adam to help me discharge my batteries quicker. Does not have a balance port however you can choose the end voltage and it seems to be very close when it is done and then put it on my hobby grade charger to put into final balance/storage hold. Small size excellent build quality Will work with about any connector with use of easy to obtain adapters. Fan is a little loud but definitely keeps the unit nice and cool I have never had the internal temperature to get above 60 Celsius. I also use this to cycle my new Lipo batteries when I get them for a few cycles I can charge them discharge them and recharge them much quicker than before now makes my batteries hold charge and last longer. Cons The app for this unit isnโt great it works pretty well but doesnโt work great this is not a huge problem and the only thing keeping me from giving this five stars across-the-board in every category. But it is not something that would stop me from buying this unit over again. Some will say that this unit is loud and it does make quite a bit of fan noise but if youโre discharging at 25 A you have to expect some fan noise. Also some donโt like the lack of a balance port however this is not a balance charger or discharge her you still need to balance or storage charge your batteries after each use

Works as well as it's smaller brothers but with a big plus!
Have been using the smaller FD-100 dischargers for years and really like their performance and simplicity of use. Figured I would try the FD-200 and I was quite impressed with it's performance also. The one added feature I found really nice was the Bluetooth phone app that lets you configure the discharger through the app. Learning to use the app can be a bit frustrating as there's not much in the way of instructions but a YouTube search for this unit will bring up a few reviews that are helpful. The photo I attached is a little cluttered but the FD-200 is at the top left on the table along with three FD-100 units. The 200 is quite a bit larger than the 100's but works just as well, and the fact that these units utilize the power of the connected battery to perform the discharge function is quite an efficient use of energy. Even though in the photo I was discharging some very small 2S packs it easily discharged the larger 6S pack next to the FD-200 unit quickly with ease. Even though these devices connect to the battery through the main power connector I've never had any mismatched cells in any packs I've discharged. This is an excellent device that I highly recommend.

Works great, just read the manual and update the firmware
It's a great discharger, and even though you need the app to fine tune the more advanced functionality, it's worth the price. Discharges a 4S 5000mAh lipo to storage voltage in less than 15 minutes, you can't beat that. No longer do I think about how many batteries to charge up - worst case scenario I end up having to discharge a few using this device. It is loud, but it has to be since it's got to do something with all that heat, and the fans are very powerful. I did run into a bug with the functionality. I discharge some of my batteries to 3.85V instead of the standard 3.8V for storage charges. The app lets you select the cutoff voltage, but it didn't seem to respect the 3.85V - it would always go down to 3.80. A firmware upgrade fixed this. All you have to do is plug a battery into the discharger, press a physical button on the discharger, open the app on your phone, and go to the settings page and update the firmware. It'll take a few minutes but it seems to fix some bugs within the software.

Bluetooth link issues.
Unit works great, need to read instructions carefully. In my case, neither of my 5G Samsung or Motorola phones would link with Bluetooth, I needed to use a older 4G phone to link and upgrade firmware.

NO "ISD GO" APP FOR ANDROID!
-- ISDT FD200 BATTERY DISCHARGER -- DON'T BUY - NO WIRELESS APP for ANDROID. Only IOS app works at all! They managed to ruin an otherwise good product by failing to deliver even a basic Bluetooth app to change settings. Which without it, the device is semi worthless. After buying it, I find out, For 2 YEARS now, this has went on. Google has REMOVED ISD GO app from the app store entirely due to lack of compliance. Without the app, you can't control what voltage the discharge stops at. That's literally the most important part. Mine came default at 3.80v, but if you used hivolt or li-ion, you would want to change that. I cant over state how important the app is to the correct functionality of the product! The hardware seems to work fine, but this is just crazy. Complete deal breaker. I would avoid this product entirely until this is fixed.

Just what I needed, saves time on discharging unused batteries

Very handy; which I'd had this years ago
The Good: This makes it easy to quickly discharge lipo packs for storage. I fly RC planes, and I never wind up using all the packs I've charge, and my flying usually doesn't discharge the packs to storage level. Before I got this, discharging the packs was tedious so I generally didn't do it, and my packs had shorter lives as a result. This makes it quick & easy, and now I always discharge all the packs after a day of flying. The Bad: The interface is a clumsy. There are only two small buttons (without legible labels) for controlling start/stop, # of cells, and discharge rate. You kinda hafta remember which button controls which thing, when to use a long press vs. short press, what it means when the lights are purple vs, green, etc. Bottom line: I can certainly imagine a better version of this, with better controls and maybe some useful outputs. But it's already paid for itself in improved LiPo pack life, so until something better comes along, I'll be using it a lot.

I use this to discharge my LiPo Polymer batteries. And I have some very large ones. You can set the discharge rate in amps and also the final voltage. Use it to discharge many batteries of the same charge on a multi balance board too. I now have 4 or them.

Just what I needed. Works flawlessly to discharge my batteries if I need to bring them to storage charge due to not being able to use them after Iโve charged them to 100%.

Great little unit. It discharges fast. Not much to say. It is on the loud side tho

This storage discharging unit works great! Itโs super fast and has a nice phone app that helps you monitor and setup up your discharge. Itโs very important to storage charge you Lipo packs at the end of the day of use and for the end of the season! This unit will discharge your lipo down to 3.8 volts per cell in a matter of minutes instead of hours, that a typical lipo charger discharged will do. The fan is loud and the only drawback to this unit. I set mine on a mouse pad and that helps to quite it down some.
