[CAPACITY]As far as two-wheeled travel bags go, this thing is massive! It has plenty of space to carry a full trip's worth of clothes for two adults, and two toddlers (diaper capacity was not included in the equation, my apologies). In fact it was so massive, that we packed another rolling backpack that we purchased for one of our children inside of it to reduce our bag count when boarding our airline. However, please keep in mind that with bags this large, it would be very easy to exceed wight allotments if you fill it up to the brim.[DURABILITY]Full disclosure: we have only taken this bag on one trip at the time of this review, but it held up to the beating it got from the airline, coach bus bag loaders, and my littles who will climb on - and jump off of ANYTHING that can be used as a semi-stable elevated platform. It does not have an internal metal frame; but what it loses in rigidity, it makes up for by having one less failure point.[USABILITY]Man...I really don't want to give this thing a hit, but I can't let one thing go. This bag does not have carry handles on both sides, or the top of the bag. This means you can only lift/carry it in one practical orientation. The wheels are smooth, and the handle is very sturdy - but could have been an inch longer. I am not the tallest person in the world, but I find myself kicking the bad far more often than I do with another comparable bag. Additionally, while I get the idea behind the sinch straps, the execution is...questionable. I don't think they are all that functional as is, but hey, you could probably use them to sinch down a tarp and blanket. Finally, there are some pockets internal to the bag, but I would probably keep those limited to lighter and flatter items to avoid accelerated or excessive wear to the mesh.[BOTTOM LINE]If you just need space for stuff to drag through the airport, this does a really good job at doing that. There is some room for improvement, but a very good and functional bag overall. DO I recommend it? Yes. I do.

I'm a big guy (wear size 2x-3x) and I work in the oilfield (very rough environment) away from home for 2 weeks at a time. I literally live out of a bag in hotel rooms 2/3 of the time. I've had dozens of bags trying to find one that really works for what I need and I absolutely love this bag! It's durable, water resistant, big, easy to use, and made with genuine use in mind.Like I said, I wear big clothes and I have to pack for 2 weeks of clothes at a time. I can fit all my shirts, shorts, pants, toiletry bag, socks, underwear, chargers, and other essentials all in this bag and 1: it all fits (snugly, which I like) and 2: the bag doesn't feel like it's screaming for mercy. If you've got extra room, you can snug down the exterior straps and everything stays put. I genuinely can't express how happy I've been with this bag so far ( roughly 3 months of constant, heavy use). The wheels are softish rubber so they roll smooth and don't jolt the bag going up/down stairs or over curbs. The carry handle is attached through the hard plastic sidewall for extra support. The extendable handle is sturdy and smooth. Everything detail was thought about and addressed.My last bag was swiss and I THOUGHT they had good build quality. It started to fall apart immediately. This bag has taken every hit and kept on trucking like nothing happened. If you're looking for a serious bag that will hold up, I can't recommend this enough. I beat the brakes off of bags and use them continuously and this bag is far and away worth every penny!

TLDR:Feels cheap to me. I don't want to see how well it holds up to actual global air travel, so I'm returning it. I've been flying back and forth across the Atlantic at least once every year for the past 20 years and this seems even cheaper than its price implies, particularly since you're probably getting it straight from china.I'd expect that buying a product that has no retail / advertising overhead ( compared to something like a TUMI ) and likely a WAY smaller payroll to meet and no wholesale middle-men should result in getting superior quality materials for less. That's not what this seems to be. It's a cheap bag for a cheap price. Feels like a gip. Then again, a lot of what's out there these days feels like that. Cheap as heck but presented to look fancy. I digress.....hopefully you'll find it's superior and that I'm wrong or you won't notice the difference anyway.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The fact that some of the grab handles appear to have been sown for littl hands and also are thin flat straps that would quickly press uncomfortably into your hand, has me instantly a little underwhelmed.The telescoping handle seems pretty good though, and it rolls well enough. If you stand it up empty the handle on the bottom will cause it to tilt a bit, but it won't fall over. Not sure how this might change if it's packed full.Despite the fact that the materials are waterproof, the fabrics / plastics just feel....kind of cheap. The zippered quick access pocket is a nice idea, but the interior is a crinkly and thin and unpleasant to the touch " sack " that doesn't hold any shape. I can see smaller items requiring groping around inside it as it folds and crunches up like the bag inside a jeans pocket.So, for the price? Yes, I guess it's a decent value.But make no mistake; it feels like the materials are cheap.I also found the rather odd dimension of being very long and tall a little offputting. I wonder why they went that route.Maybe I'll just have the zipper on my old duffel repaired and return this.

Light weight. Plenty of room. A little slim lined which is great.

We've been using it on a few trips. It is a very durable and convenient duffle bag. I am planning to buy one more.

Purchase this bag for a trip in October and the bottom handle broke. It was no fault of mine or the GONEX company. I reached out to the company and their company customer service and they responded very quickly, they couldn’t have been better. The end result was they sent me a new GONEX Rolling Duffle Bag. They could have just sent me a new handle. The GONEX company stands behind their product. My husband purchased this same bag years ago and has had great success with it, that is why I purchased one as well. I bought this bag for my Japan-Taiwan-Korea trip. I have a bad shoulder and didn't want a heavy back pack for my carry-on. I bought this to fit on top of my larger roller.Why I like the bag:1. It is easy to clean2. It is a good size and gave me no trouble for carry on size.3. It is durable.Why I don't like it:1. It won't stand up, the foot pedestals are too far back. Once you add any weight to this bag it falls forward. Which to say the least is very annoying and inconvenient. I learned to always prop the bag against a wall facing forward or put it between my legs. This of course is less than ideal when traveling and you want your bag to stand on its own.This problem will probably prevent me from using the bag in the future and I will be on the look out for another underseat roller. If they fixed the foot issue it would be an ideal under seat carry on... until they fix that issue I would not recommend this bag.

The quality of this bag is really amazing. It’s definitely going to meet our travel needs.

Je viens juste de le recevoir, pas des plus jolis, mais bien conçu, pratique avec plein de poches, la bonne dimension pour une semaine voire plus pour qui sait voyager léger. J'ai abandonné mon vieil E...pack qui a fini par rendre l'âme, j'ai mis longtemps à me décider enfin, et je ne regrette pas ce choix. Il paraît bien solide, des fermetures éclairs costaudes. J'adore les sangles extérieures de compression. Je sens qu'il va être mon partenaire de voyage pendant un moment! Un seul bémol un peu lourd, sûrement du à la matière du sac..

Good size for a weekend or carry on bag. Well made with several good features. Lacks a handle in the middle. Good interior space, several useful pockets, good wheels. Collapses to a slightly smaller size when empty.

Ein wirklich gelungener Trolley mit 50L Fassungsvolumen für den kleinen Urlaub oder für die Montage. Hervorzuheben ist hier das dieser Trolley sich nach Gebrauch zusammen falten lässt. Er bietet genügend Stauraum. Kleines Manko ist, das er kein separates Staufach für Schuhe bietet. Diese halt in einer Tüte verstaut und fertig. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung in punkto Funktionalität und Qualität. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
