How much can you cook with one can?

I used 1.5 on a 3 night camp trip, I typically boil a kettle of water 2 times a day and cook breakfast and some parts of supper on a one burner. I budget 1 can per day to be safe.

How many hours would I get from a cannister.

My best guess would be about 4 hours on low... I used a third full canister to percolate coffee for 10 days during the Sandy power outage and did some lite cooking during that time which exhausted the can i had. Hope this helps...

Is there any problem having these shipped? And, do they work on an Iwatani burner?

I purchased an Iwatani along with the canisters and they work perfectly on the unit I purchased. The fuel canisters were shipped TO ME without a problem. Just a word of caution however. I tried to reuse the cardboard box to ship something else to a friend but a code imprinted on the box alerted the USPS that the material inside fell within a special hazardous category. I had to obliterate all the markings with a black felt marker. I am confident in suggesting that shipping the actual canisters, after receipt by the consumer, would present some issues.
