Tasty crispy healthy snack
I have ordered these mushroom chips several times and I love them. They are not simply dried mushrooms, they are a crispy snack with healthy ingredients. They taste really good, a non-greasy alternative to traditional crisps. The packs are two servings each, a perfect size to share. I was looking for mushroom products because I read that mushrooms have a similar property to oats that help reduce cholesterol. Whether these chips do or not, they have become a favourite in my household.

Ok, but needs more seasoning
The texture is great, nice and crunchy but without being rock hard. The problem is the flavour is very very bland. They are woefully under-seasoned (I know they are supposed to be a low-salt snack, but they could add a touch more salt, and they would still contain far less salt than regular chips). The okra chips and shitake chips had the same issue, although those did at least have a bit more flavour. I think maybe they should explore adding some additional seasoning even if it's not just salt. A light yeast flavour (marmite/vegemite) would work great, or miso powder, chilli powder etc.

Sugary, salty...disappointing
Had amazing crisped mushroom packet snacks in Singapore - delicious, mushroomy, with a wonderful savoury flavour. These? Sugar hit, then salt....followed by almost zero mushroom flavour and leave your mouth coated in fat. Couldn't cancel my subscribe and save fast enough. Massively disappointing.
