Quality very good
The quality is very good and feels strong. All six pipes material are sturdy and do not bend even with heavy wet clothes. The pulley system works smoothly and makes lifting and lowering easy. It saves a lot of space and looks neat on the ceiling. Wall mounted design is useful for small balconies. Installation was simple with basic tools.

Rods are sturdy, quality is fine, would need a setup arrange from Urban Company guy who asks 500-1000 for individual operating rods in this case, depends on city as well. For a single rope it would be cheaper but yeah be prepared for same.

Just go for it! Value for money yet quality buy...
The product - 10/10. Installation 0/10. Amazon had a worst fitting service who never showed up. But coming to the product, just so good. The rods are thick 16mm, even the pipe wall thickness is very good. 5 feet 8 pipes was just a fit for our utility, and indeed we feel we got more space as in 6 feet, 1 feet was always unusable somehow. Even the pipes are not bending under the weight of wet clothes. Also, the nylon ropes, the pipe ends, the rope holder, everything top notch. Definitely recommend to buy this!!

Installation service pathetic
Installation service was not good. They didn‘t come in schedulled time, while calling they are saying that didn’t know.They are misguiding us by telling the product is not durable and suggesting other product which is easy to installed, means less holes required to install.
