Caputo Durum wheat flour
Excellent. I use Caputo for my breakfast pancakes. It is the texture that Durum wheat contributes to the pancakes.

Also, unsere Pizza (wir haben einen Holzofen) war DER ABSOLUT UNERREICHTE BURNER!!!! Knusprig, locker, lecker, immer wieder. Unsere Gäste waren total begeistert, und gleich mehrere haben uns gesagt, dass sie noch nie so eine leckere Pizza gegessen haben. Einzuger Wermutstropfen; der Teig zieht sich ziemlich stark zusammen, das ausrollen war anfangs etwas frustrierend, irgendwann hatte ich aber das Handling raus...
