is it waterproof shoes for being working in wet condition?

Use Mink Oil on them...these shoes will not wear out for years !!!

Do they offer good support for the feet?

Purchased for my husband. He has flat Fred Flintstone type feet, but found these to be comfortable and they offered good all around support.

Sorry, I bought a pair in 2E width so I can't answer that. But I have wide feet and 2E work perfectly fine.

I recently had surgery to reconsttuct my achillies tendon. These shoes came up in a google search as best. Can anybody comment?

Depends on your needs. This is more of a super comfortable dress-style shoe. If you require that, this is by far my favorite over other brands I have tried. If you truly need something for comfort, you may want to research some orthotic options.
