Good product, no way to get contact

No way to actually get parts. One of the round covers fell off the second time I used it. Numerous efforts to order a replacement was non responsive. So much for customer service.

GENIUS INVENTION!!

Hello. I purchased for my Lexus LS 460 (4.6L V8). I never heard a V8 sound so good. I have the option of luxury whisper quiet, or raging loud and aggressive....at the flip of a switch. The inventor of this product is a genius. If I were you, I'd purchase.
