I purchased this XL for my DJ Company. There are other items out there that are considered mainstream DJ equipment. A Cart is one of them. There are these Multi carts that are used to haul around DJ gear however for my company, I could not go with anything less. This cart in its 4 wheel configuration exceeds the weight limit of those other carts by over 700 lbs! I use it for hauling DJ Equipment and for the way it operates, it is great. Yes, you can get another type of cart, but you wont find a cart that can haul as much gear as this one does.

This is by far, the best hand truck on the market. It's a little pricey, but it is almost indestructible and will last forever. I had previously owned a competing brand, but became very dissatisfied with the Wesco Spartan when the wheels started loosening up and the the frame stressed under heavier weights. The Magline Gemini, on the other hand, will handle just about anything you can throw at it. The black platform makes it ideal for carrying items that would otherwise fall through the openings in the frame. I now have 5 of these and wouldn't use anything else.

They sent an obviously defective product. The deck is off by half an inch, which blocks two of the square bolts from going in and causes the nose to sit up on the deck by about 1/4 inch. Needed one quickly as someone had stolen my old one, and these guys had the fastest delivery. The old one was perfect and got it from Home Depot. Beware with these guys.

I moved out of a 4000sqft home and decided like a mad man to move all the boxes and misc items myself to save on moving costs. I used the dolly for around 48 hours almost non-stop moving everything from extremely heavy boxes, to multiple boxes stacked vertically and in cart mode with absolutely 0 issues (other than boxes falling in cart mode, but that is more my fault). The only complaint I have is what others have stated which is the material on the "sled" is too slippery and stuff will fall. You can prevent this by buying simple bungee cords, but it is a pain and time consuming to constantly strap stuff down. If the manufacture offered a rigid sled covering I would definitely upgrade to that. The moving company that helped us with the furniture was shocked I had a nicer dolly than them and actually asked if they could use it to move our washer and dryer because it was more heavy duty. This is a buy it for life product and I highly recommend it, I am going to buy the Jr and be covered on all fronts.

There are very few parts - assembly took a few minutes - and the integrated flat panel (vs buying the add-on for the Sr and Jr) is worth the cost of admission. That said, I did end up buying the solid-core wheels since I didn't see those as an option on the XL model and loved them on my Sr and Jr models. The locking rear casters are a life-saver. Not sure why (presumably much better wheel bearings), but this thing will start rolling away on a 1-degree incline.

Mine came pretty assembled (handle with casters, frame, and axle and mounts.) from out of the box but didn’t receive any hardware to finally piece it together??

There were several reviews saying they sent the wrong piece, or whatever was too short. I brought one anyways and eventually was able to set it up. All Pieces add up and Product works PERFECTLY. Im a vendor and this is the best investment I have ever made.

Dolly is great. Shipped missing a couple bolts which I just went to hardware store since I needed the cart the next day.
