For the most part it fits however the adjustment strapped at back of the helmet kinda digs into the back of my head and neck. To get around this problem I wear a bandana and it's much comfortable. It is easily adjustable for proper fit and it's light, the chin strap is also comfortable and easy to adjust.

This is a nice lightweight helmet. I was able to take it out of the bag and size it and if I had wanted to, go for a ride right then. As for the visor, it’s a slab of plastic that I have yet to figure out exactly what the hell use it will be.

Pro's - Fits snugly and is secure on your head - Feels light - Visor is a plus - Ventilation seems just about right, has bug netting at the front, bonus. - I've noticed that while sweating heavily the moisture is directed towards the tip of the visor not on to your glasses. - Price point - full top and back of head protection - Like the matte grey color Cons - the extra padding for under the chin was removed, seemed unnecessary - Looks a bit squatty on your head from the front Overall I'd say it's a safe bet to buy for gravel or mtb riding

半年程度使用しています 軽くて風通しが良いのですが被った際にフィット感がイマイチなので内部の発泡材を内側から優しく少しづつ押し潰して自分の頭に合わせて出来るだけフィットする様に調整しました サイス調整後、フィット感は問題ないのですがあご紐に付いているプラ製のバックルが緩んで紐から外れる事が度々ありました 都度直すのも面倒で対策を思案中です 尚、幸いにして転倒し頭を打つ様な事態に遭遇していない為、ヘルメットとしての性能評価は出来ません 追記 街灯の無い田舎道を走る為に MOD しました ヘッドランプとドラレコ追加です 低速で転倒し頭を打つ様な事がありましたがしっかりと頭を守ってくれました ヘルメットは大事です
