I Got the case it works will but why does my touchscreen not work underwater (my phone is Oppo N3)

Hi Nickolas, Thank you for your question. For the touch screen to work underwater you have to insure there is an airgap between your phone screen and the clear plastic. If there is no airgap the surrounding water will camouflage your finger touching the screen. With an airgap your phone can then recognize where you are touching the screen. To create an airgap, squeeze the sides to make the pouch expand, then close the levers. Insure that the plastic does not fold or wrinkle where it attaches to the black plastic at the top. Now, not only will the touchscreen function, but your phone will also float.Also remember that it is often more convient to snap photos using the volume buttons on your phone instead of the touchscreen. How long is the Lanyard? Can it be used as a shoulder harness?

The lanyard is a little over 18 inches long. So I would say NO - not across the chest, but YES - hanging from one shoulder.I'm 5'-10" and the waterproof case hangs about mid-waist level. I should mention that the lanyard material is pretty slick, so it might be difficult to keep it from sliding off one shoulder.

Will this fit an lg v10, it has like a 7in screen

I measured the pocket and it is 7.5" x 4". I think it would be pushing it to try to get an lg v10 in there if it has a 7" screen considering the internal space would decrease once you put anything thicker than a piece of paper in there.
