Which "Silly Circus" clown do you actually get now? The first picture shows a split hat, while the other pictures show more of a dunce cap look...?

We received the clown with the dunce cap. I was very pleased with the construction of the jack in the box, too; the metal box and lid is very sturdy and not flimsy.

Does the monkey jump up at the same point in the song or does his "jump" have surprise timing?

I wouldn't know the repeat because it only worked once , then the latch broke and the monkey is out all the time. This thing blows.
