NUTRA TRACK Mackie Scientific MINI Digital Precision Food Scale calorie, carbohydrate, fat, salt, protein, cholesterol and fibre intakes

I bought this for a very low price as a open box return. Had everything apart from the box. As a PT I feel it is important to be able demonstrate what you preach, and I have been investigating macro scales for a couple of months, so I am glad I managed to nab one at the same price point as some of the FE copies you can buy. The codes on the scale are useful, the book comprehensive. You can download the USDA list too off the Machie site. Scales are very sensitive so allow you to take out a lot of guess work, and love the memory functions so you can track daily intake or recipes.

A great item, fantastic quality, highly recommended

Really useful for following a calorie controlled diet but can also be used for general cooking purposes. I love the fact that a lot of the items you use regularly are listed on the scale so no more searching through booklets all the time . I have not yet keyed in other items to the list but that will come at a later date.

I've tried 3 different scales for this task and this is by far the best. Love it!

A little complicated to use at first but it’s a great scale

If you are on a diet this is a must, keeps track going to order another one for the liveing room for snacks like nuts and things and one for the kitchen for meals.

This unit is well sealed up keeping it clean and safe. I use it for watching my intake as I am a diabetic. This provides acurate carb counts for insulin dose calculations.

I mainly use the scale just for weight. For that purpose it works well.

I am a diabetic & carb count for meals. Great scale to know exactly the carbs in an item I am eating. A lot common items on the scale but a book has many more. I now have two scales for two different locations. And now a lower price than my first one.
