Can you confirm this is for a 1 inch line? The picture has a 3/4 inch marking on the valve.

Our order came from Water Works Super Store and we did get 1 inch, there are two sizes online 3/4 & 1 inch. I believe our order said 1 inch.

is this usc approved backflow prevention devices?

Yes, it is, however you still need to check with your local water authority as they have the final say, especially since the one you inquired about is not lead free. Thank you

The picture shows a 3/4 inch unit but the description shows 1"? Just want to clarify that it is a 1" unit.

The 100-975xl or 1-975xl is a one inch unit. The 075-975xl is 3/4 inch.

Apparently there are different lengths. my 1" 975xl is 13" in length. will this unit fit?

The unit I got was a 3/4”-975XL-3/4” and it was 12” in length. A 1” unit may be a different length. Sorry.
