This is a great product
This is a great product particularly for one who wants to do Vajrasan for doing three stage pranayaam and Bhastrika. You can place it between your legs, put your legs on each side of the cushion and it provides you the support you need to do vajrasan keeping your back straight. Instead of using the base, make the cushion stand. As you develop the flexibility in your legs and they stop paining with practice. You can reduce the buckwheat by removing it from the cushion. A zip has been provided for the same. Great Product - KANYOGA Meditation Cushion. Not heavy and has a handle to carry it easily.

Superb
Kanyoga founder Kanika Suri should be congratulated for coming out with such a superb “dhyana” cushion. Its weight helps in keeping the spine absolutely erect sans the slightest discomfort. Wish she comes out with a an edition for broader hips 😀

This is a scam. No Mrp label or manufacturers details. Not worth the cost. Unfortunately cannot be returned. Very badly packaged. Avoid buying this. Better options available.
