My girlfriend and I have been using the chair for three months now and we are very happy with it. For the price we paid you cannot go wrong. It was easy to assemble and set up, and it gives a perfect full body massage and is almost as good as a masseuse. I'm very happy with the product and no complaints. Five stars!

Ok, it's been two weeks, and this chair is truly amazing considering the price. All that I went through getting this chair now seems to have been worth it. Very simple to operate with the remote control it comes with, and my wife and I both love the air pillow massaging for the calves, arms, hands, shoulders and butt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage, with reasonable cost. The seller and I have reached an acceptable agreement relating to my issues with this shipment, which I have explained below. Overall, this chair is extremely well made, with excellent features for massage chairs. About ten years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive one, from NEOX (almost $5,000.00), and believe this chair is much more effective with the air bags, when it comes to getting a pretty good massage! So far, everything is working fine, but the instructions left out connecting the wires for both sides of the chair. This was not a major issue, as they were located in the same area as the air hoses, and easy to figure out where they should be attached. I would give it a five for overall, so far, except for the following, which relates to shipping, which took three weeks, to ultimately receive my chair. It took five (5) separate shipments to receive, what appeared to be, an acceptable product. The first shipment never left the UPS truck as the driver advised me the carton was severely damaged and opened in several areas. Naturally, I refused this shipment. The second shipment, was the second carton, which I would not accept without the main unit. The third shipment never arrived, as carrier, UPS, returned it on their own; stating "refused by receiver", which was untrue, as they never arrived at my home. The fourth shipment was the second (smaller) carton, which was left at my home announced by the carrier (UPS). This carton was crushed in several areas, but the contents seemed ok. The fifth shipment arrived, and although the carton had signs of "rough Handling", dents in several places and two straps (which appeared during transit) were disoriented; indicating they were used to move the carton around from time to time during shipment. I did accept this, since there appeared to be just minor damage to the edges of the carton, and I was truly hopeful everything would be ok. It had arrived late in the evening, so I waited until morning to open and assemble the chair. After opening the carton, I removed the "User Manual" and read through this to understand the various steps I would need to take to assemble the chair. I removed the main unit, and after I folded the back into its locked position, I noticed two areas of the plastic were cracked. Both cracks seemed as though they would have no impact on the overall operation of the chair, and they were in the back, and would be facing the wall and not noticeable. Obviously, I was not happy! I will contact the seller on this, and hopefully we will reached an agreeable solution to resolve this!

I've had the chair for almost 2 weeks now. I have used it everyday, sometimes twice a day, each for 30 minutes. The chair is comfortable and it looks really good. Even though it's not real leather, it still looks and feels great. The massage the chair provides does a great job. There are 2 modes, kneading and pushing. And you can control which mode you want or if you want a mix. I love the heat and the vibration too. All around, it's a great chair for the price. Great value. I feel so much better from having the chair. Several aches and pains I've had over the last few years seem to melt away, and I feel better the next day. I believe this chair provides comparable massage to higher priced chairs. I love the different preprogrammed modes too. Relaxing, Strong, Mild, and Sleep. They are all as they suggest. Some days I want Strong and other days I want Relaxing or Mild. I like the various modes being available. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I am a little tall, 6'2", and the head rest with the neck rollers doesn't line up perfectly. Also, I think the higher priced chairs would allow the rollers to be moved up or down your spine based on your height and alignment. The rollers are positioned in the backrest but cannot be shifted higher or lower to lineup with your spine or focus on problem areas. But if you want all of the bells and whistles, then you'll need to buy the higher priced chair. One good thing is that the leg assembly does lengthen to allow for people with longer legs. I'm very happy with this purchase, I'm glad I did, and I feel better.

We received our new massage chair in two separate deliveries, just as scheduled. Assembly was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight and easy to move it was compared to others I had looked at during my research. The remote is very user-friendly — easy to read and simple to navigate through the different massage options. I've only had the chair for a few days, but I’ve already used it multiple times a day and absolutely love it. One of the biggest reasons I purchased this chair was to help with ongoing foot issues, including plantar fasciitis in one foot and Morton’s neuroma. While it’s still early days, I can already feel that regular use is going to make a real difference in how my feet feel. Highly recommend this chair for anyone looking for comfort, ease of use, and some therapeutic benefits too!

I got this chair for my husband's birthday. I have pros and cons. But overall, still worth paying for it. He uses it a lot still and I get to use it too. Win - win! Pros: it massages really good, especially in the back. Hits the back sores i have from work. Hella worth buying for sure. It press depends on you, the levels and the air pressures. You can manage how you want it hard or soft. Although I'm wishing the air pressure can go harder. Thats just me tho. Cons: My husband is 6ft flat, even with the leg extender, it is small for his build. He still uses it, but mainly for his back. Foot massage, isn't hitting well either. Idk if its just me or not. I think its bcuz of how its placed, it only hits when you pressed your foot hardly on the rollers. Also the neck, since he is tall, it doesnt hit the right spot. Id say this is more suited for ppl roughly above 5 but under 6ft. Cause I'm 4'11" and it hits my head, not my neck. Overall, id still recommend this. Especially if you have back issues. It feels heavenly. Suprised about the bluetooth music too. I fell asleep one time while being on it. Plus the zero gravity. It totally rock me to sleep. If your into relaxing and unwinding while being softly massaged, this would be it. Price is much cheaper than others but still pricey. I still say again, worth buying it.

Facts: 1. The product is not well designed to accommodate the body dimensions listed. I’m 5’5, 160 pounds and the chair swallowed me—the outer shoulders of the chair doesn’t touch me so no benefit from the expanding shoulder pads. 2. The chair does not massage the upper shoulders... you know where most people carry tension. It’s just not aligned properly. When I tried to sit on a cushion so that my body would reach different features on the chair, I... 3. Got a pinched nerve in my lower back. This Halle Ed on the third day of having the product. I didn’t want to send it back but knew that I had to after this happened. The goal is pain reduction, not exacerbation. 4. The company to me that I had to pay for shipping. This proved to be untrue. I almost paid for it, and would have until I realized it would cost $400 to ship it back. After back and forth and I stood my ground and noted that I purchased in good faith and the product is not functioning as supposed, they sent me the postage paid label. 5. Lastly, they didn’t return my money until after I contacted Amazon, though they had received the item back. I suggest you purchase a product fir a couple hundred more that ADJUSTS to height and width. This company and other like it mark up the product as we approach the holidays so wait until after that for price drops. For what it’s worth, I will be purchasing from Human Touch, my friend has had this machine for 13 years and no issue, just worn fabric from all of our butts in it over the years. His chair inspired me to finally purchase my own and I went the cheap route with this company. You get what you pay for and lesson learned.

Shipment -- The chair came in with 2 separate shipments, with the heavier one coming in a few days later. Moving around -- This chair is quite heavy so you definitely need to have 2 strong adults to move it up and own stairs; however, if you are moving it on the same level/floor, the wheels can help and one adult is enough. Aseembly -- Once you put the chair in the designated location, it's not hard to assemble. Just follow the instructions. It took me about an hour but it could be faster. Build quality -- It's quite sturdy and feels like it can last pretty long. Comfortableness -- The (faux) leather upholstery feels feels soft and the seat cushion has good support. I fell asleep many times when was on it after meals. Features -- The control is straightforward to use. There are controls to individual body parts like feet, calf, waist, shoulder, etc. The built-in Bluetooth speakers were a surprisingly good add-on, not only loud and crisp but also pretty balanced. Massaging effectiveness -- I use it mainly to relax tightened muscles, definitely not expecting it to replace an acupuncturist, professional masseur or masseuse. Thus, it's quite effective in giving me needed relaxation and mood reset. I would probably take a half star off for it couldn't massage my shoulders and neck as well as other parts because I am slim and not very tall. Overall, it's a value buy and I liked it a lot.

From a certified Massage Therapist. I purchased this massage chair based on the reviews. At first, the chair was producing way too much pressure on my lower back to the point it was making me extremely sore which I'm sure some people will love but for me, I didn't want to hurt afterward so you can unzip the padding from the head of the chair down to the seat. When you turn the unzip pad around there is a zip pouch where I was able to add more padding from an old pillow I didn't need. This solves my problem. Now after 7 months of use, I feel like this thing may have adjusted or I got used to it so now I unzip the padding to let the balls and rollers get deeper contact with my muscles. I noticed when padding is zipped by the head of the chair it does not get in your shoulders or neck well but if you unzip it it does. Another trick I learned is if you scoot down the chair a little the top of the chair will work your neck better, if you scoot up it will work your shoulders better. The chair is beautiful and has a quality feel with the materials used. It was easy to assemble with no damage. It will help with lower back, shoulder, and neck pain relief. The Bluetooth speaker is an added bonus that works really well and can be used when not using the chair for entertainment purchases. Are there better chairs than this? Yes. Are there worst chairs than this? Yes. Is this chair a good starter chair, well built, and worth the price? Yes. Update 6/5/2023 The arm that raises the legs and allows you to go into zero-g mode broke after very limited use. When I inspected it I noticed the connector piece is plastic. Cheap China part! Now I have to push with my back to get it to lay back but it still functions thus today I'm removing 2 stars. It still does a decent job of massage and I am a massage therapist. I remove the extra out layer padding to get a deeper massage

Very nice already used it twice!Rollers are a little rough on lower back but i like it that way(nothing a towel c'ant fix)heat works fine but the foot massage and rollers are my favorite.Yes i do recommend.

This chair is fabulous for the price! If a massage chair is on your bucket list & you have a budget, this is the one to get!

The chair is not what we paid for. It's totally different model. Has no blietooth,led light. Amd its Brown in color. Not Brown and Khaki as shown in picture.
