Great product. Makes toddler haircuts much easier.
My son really dislikes haircuts, but these clippers made a big difference. They cut evenly and offer about five length options. It’s very easy to use once you get the hang of it. The only tricky area is around the ears, but that can easily be finished with regular scissors. The blade is very sharp, so be careful if your child moves or resists. Overall, I’m very happy with this product—it works especially well for feisty toddlers.

For my Autistic Son
My 4 year old really struggles with haircuts, traditional clippers are insanely loud even for neurotypicals. These have made it just a little bit easier to give him a haircut. There’s still some trigger meltdowns at the idea of haircutting time but we’ve found that once he’s relaxed and realized they aren’t quite as loud as normal clippers he allows it to happen. Our baby also got his first haircut with these and it was a piece of cake, made for a wonderful first experience for them!

Worth every penny and more!
The best thing I’ve spent money on in a while!! My son refuses to let me use buzzers on him due to the noise. The scissors with the guards worked wonderfully for him. I was able to cut his hair with them and it looked even and blended without me having to bend over and cut it in all these uncomfortable positions to get it to look good like I normally do. It used to take me forever to cut his hair but this was so quick and easy!! My son and I approve!

Great idea, but unfortunately not for us, and not for kids who cannot sit still
Warning / Disclaimer: Before you buy this, you need to know that this kit has a huge learning curve. It is not as easy as it looks. Honestly, it was so confusing and frustrating that I completely stopped using it after the first attempt because it just didn't work for us right away. Here is my honest review of why we struggled with it, even though it has some good ideas. Harder Than It Looks The main reason we quit after one try is that using a manual clipper is way harder than using regular electric ones. Because it does not have a motor, you have to pump it with your hand like scissors. It takes a lot of practice to get the rhythm right, and my hands got tired so fast. It is definitely not a quick fix if your kid is already wiggly. No Scary Noises, But... The best part is The Quiet Clipper doesn't make any loud buzzing sounds. It is totally silent because you do the work with your hands. This is great for kids who hate noise, but because it is manual, it pulls the hair if you don't use it perfectly. That made my son upset, which is why we ended up coming to a complete stop and putting it away. The kit does come with a lot of stuff to help your kid get used to haircuts over time. Here is what you get in the box: The Manual Clipper: The silent tool you pump with your hand. A Tiny Electric One: A small, quieter buzzer for later on. Stickers and a Chart: A poster to give your kid gold stars for trying. It definitely takes a ton of patience and time to learn how to move your hands correctly while keeping a child still. The Verdict The idea behind this is nice, but for us, the learning curve was just too big. It felt like trying to balance a camera on a shaky tripod while doing a haircut. If you have the time to practice and learn a completely new way to cut hair, it might work, but it was just too much work for us after the first try.

Great for children with Autism!
For the first time ever in 5 years we were able to give my son a haircut without any push back! He allowed us to cut his hair and was not over stimulated from the noise of clippers! They are quiet, and worked very well on his hair! Instead of crying, thrashing and begging and pleading for the trim to be over, he sat calm, and relaxed and kept repeating the phrase “So handsome!” If we could give these 10 stars we would!

A must have!!
Awesome scissors!! Even though my little one didn’t like them because there’s no difference between regular scissors and this one for him but it made it way easier for me because he looks so good like if I had took him to the hair salon ❤️ wasn’t easy but it was worth it.

Do not buy set with electric trimmers!
Do NOT buy the set with the electric trimmers, the electric trimmers are a waste of the extra $14! I bought the package that offers the scissors with the multiple length guards and the electric trimmer together. The electric trimmers were the worst thing I have ever put to my son's hair! Five passes into the haircut and they stopped cutting all together! We didn't even get half of the back of his hair cut with them! They also were no quieter than the Remmington brand trimmer I already had which we ended up having to resort back to. Very disappointed in the electric trimmer portion of this set, they went straight into the trash. HOWEVER the manual scissors with the guard attachments were great! They were sharp and we had great success with the manual scissors. Plenty of length choices and the rounded tips were good for my wiggly son. The scissors offered a nice smooth snip but they do have some weight to them compared to your average hair cut scissors. Over all the scissors would get a five star from me while the electric trimmer would get a zero star thus the overall 3 star review for the whole set.

Sensory disorder hair clippers
Good non vibrating hair cutting system for children with sensory processing disorder, however; I found it a bit challenging to figure out and the cutters were not very sharp to cut through the hair efficiently. Manny size guards to choose from and they got the job donep so I give 4 stars.

Game changer
I've been cutting my Godson's hair since he was born, and it's always been a challenge. He moves his head all the time and feels uneasy with the process, trying to leave the chair. This scissors made the process quicker and mistake-free. Even if he moves his head abruptly, the guards won't let mistakes happen. To me, it's worth the investments! You can also resell it after since it's really good quality and probably will last long.
