I’ve been using these Neutrogena Hydro Boost Makeup Remover Wipes for years, and they’re the only makeup wipes I buy, even over the liquid makeup removers on the market. I use them as the first step in my evening skincare routine to remove my makeup, including mascara, before washing my face with a cleanser. Clean well, gets waterproof eyeliner off easily. Doesn’t sting your eyes. However it feels like residue is left so I always wash face after using. The cloths are very wet and drip a bit.
