This stuff gives you a lovely citrus flavour and taste along with a great smell just a little goes a long way i think most professionals use this to give that umami taste that makes your cooking sing a small price to pay for something this good

I know it says citrus but it doesn't really taste citrus-y to me. It is the thin dark sauce usually served with gyoza/dumplings. The one that tastes like a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and some unami flavour. I do quite like it. It's got one of those tops to have it come out drop by drop. It's the dipping sauce I was looking for.

It's quite good Ponzu sauce but not like the Japanese imported sauces. Its good value and great if you need it in a hurry.

Delicious. Perfect combination of sauce sauce and a sort of lime/lemon citrus.

This is great value for money and excellent quality, the size of the bottle is perfect and is glass so no leakage and does not release odours. Salt content is great

Great taste and works well with sushi.

I bought this to have with home made sushi that I was making as a special dinner. Whilst my California rolls may not have been the prettiest they were definitely elevated by this sauce which is so tasty. I’m a big fan of Yuzu and it works amazingly in this soy sauce. Not overpowering but punchy enough to lift the flavours of whatever food you are having it with. Delicious! Highly recommend.
