Please confirm the dimensions as the description indicates rectangle however the measurements posted indicate the bin is square.

External dimensions are H 51cm W 31cm D 21cm

What is the circumference for the interior bucket please?

The internal bucket is 28 cms wide x 19 cms deep: 94 cms circumference Hope this helps!

Are these bins a brushed stainless steel effect or shiny?

Brushed stainless steel. Very smart, although I have not found an exact fit for a bin liner yet......it would not stop me buying another though!

20 litres is NOT 5.4 gallon here in UK. it is 4.4. Imperial gallon.. The one thing that is bigger in the UK isn't it?

Yes you are correct 20 litres is 4.4 gallons and I believe that this conversion applies wherever you are in the world. Not sure where you got 5.4 it must have been a typographical error.
