Can you please confirm it's Sony battery? I want to know if this battery will work in my Sony Camcorder. My original battery is np-FV30 7.2 V 500 mh.

The ASIN indicated for this battery (ASIN: B0041EPGNM, Item model number: BLI-380C, UPC: 0009322380005) is actually an Empire Battery replacement battery and the cross reference indicates the HDR-CX350V and HDR-CX360V but not the HDR-CX380V. The actual weight is 2 oz. but most shippers rollup to the pound. The ASin B0041EPGNM is currently undergoing a change for accuracy. Empire Battery does not currently have a battery for the Sony HDR-CX380V.

This battery does show a cross reference to the DCR-SX85. There are three different batteries available a 3500mAh, 1750mAh and this one at 825mAh. It looks like the NP-FV30 and the DCR-SX85 use the same battery.
