This thing is too good to be true. I cannot believe how it has changed my life. It fits very well, but does nee to be adjusted once to twice a day as it slips slightly over an 18 hours day. You only need to unhook 3 straps to take it off and put it back on... and then perhaps readjust once before you start your day. My fitting of the straps appears to be the only issue. Sometimes I fit it too tight and have to loosen it a smidge. Unreal value & quality. Hard to imagine this isn't a $500.00 brace. The neoprene braces reduce blood floor to the knee, which make any recover from surgery or an accident more difficult. The neoprene braces don't offer nearly as much solid bracing as this thing does. I wish I had found this years ago. Hats off to the manufacturer for quality, ease of ordering & shipping and the overall strength of the design. If this brace lasts 3 months, I will buy it again. I've only had it for a week to date and couldn't be happier.

Tore my leff knee MCL and PCL 3 months ago and have been wearing a Ossur Rebound PCL custom brace for the last couple of months. However, the Ossur brace is very uncomfortable while sitting at my desk working. I bought the K2 Comfortline for times when I'm sitting around. I have been pleasantly suprised by the comfort and stability it is provided. So much so, that I find myself wearing it everywhere. This is a quality product and it works well. Fitment is great. Just follow the directions for measuring and you will be all set.

The braces look nice at first, we spray painted them black to match his required uniform. But they do not last , just 3 games and one of the d-rings that holds the straps on busted. One of the side name plates also broke. The inner pad on the knee joint has a hard plastic peice between the pad and the joint that is cracked and falling apart as well, on both braces, we had bought two. Now with the broken d-ring he is down to one and it's nearly ruined also. This brace is way to expensive to fall apart so fast.

I recently purchased the Z1 K2 Knee Brace S20 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The quality of this knee brace is absolutely outstanding. From the moment I opened the package, I could tell that this was a well-made product that would last me a long time. One of the things I love most about this knee brace is how snug it fits overall. It provides excellent support and stability without feeling too tight or restrictive. I have tried other knee braces in the past, but none of them compare to the comfortable fit of the Z1 K2. All measurements were taken and the S20 was the best fit per thigh and calf measurements. However, if I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the side pads at the knee cap don't fit as snugly as I would like. While they still offer some level of support, I wish they were a bit more secure. Despite this small con, it doesn't take away from the overall effectiveness of the knee brace. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my Z1 K2 Knee Brace S20.

This is a very sturdy and well-constructed knee brace. But... (explanation to follow...) I severely injured my knee skiing in 1978. I had a surgical repair and it was usable (ran a lot, including a marathon, biked a couple of centuries, hiked a lot) until several years ago. It now is very unstable and pops a lot (with a lot of pain) just standing around. I decided to try a brace (my old one a 22 year old Lennox Hill) was heavy and clunky). It is either that or a knee replacement. I ordered this from Amazon and wore it for several days. It was terminally uncomfortable. The problem is that my lower leg now tilts out at about a 10 degree angle and my knee joint is much wider than the undamaged knee. You CANNOT bend the brace to fit the angled lower leg as the SS hinges under the plastic extend about 6". And the condyle pads pressing on the sides of the knee were painfully too tight and could not be adjusted. So it is great, if it fits. It did not. I have replaced it with an aluminum OsteoAlign Knee Brace also sold on Amazon. This has adjustable condyle pads and was easily bent at the slight angle to match my leg. It is very comfortable, although not quite as sturdy as this brace. It appears identical in construction and likely made in the same factory except for the mentioned differences.

Terrible injury and 2 surgerys to my right knee 11 years ago I've spent a ton of money on Braces. even custom. 3 times. This one had always fit better and worked awesome. Still have to replace knee. It just wore out!

We bought this brace for our teenage son to wear during his high school football games after a bad knee injury last year. It could be a decent brace as long as you are just wearing it for light activity, but not for sports. In just under a month, 4 games total, this brace has broken twice on my son. The first time it was fixable, but the second time has rendered it useless. My son plays Center, it's not a crazy position. The brace should have lasted for longer than 12 hours of wear time. We are highly disappointed in it and can not recommend it to others.

I bought this brace to protect my knee from further damage after having a knee reconstruction, having used a very exspensive Donjoy knee brace while waiting for surgery I had to buy another one as I had lost so much muscle mass that the Donjoy didn't fit snuggly any longer.I was a little sceptical about the quality of the braceit brace because of the price however when it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the brace. The straps are simple to adjust and the fit is excellent, this is mainly due to the fact that it is custom sized to your size. The hinged joint is a very robust geared affair same as the Donjoy. I only wish I had found this brace before buying the Donjoy brace I could have saved myself nearly £400! If you have trouble with the stability of your knee then this brace would definatley help.
