First off, this product works great. We've made paninis, quesadillas, chicken, hamburgers - you name it, this can grill it. The only issue we had was that one of the tabs on one of the drip trays had broken off in transit. It doesn't affect the functionality of the grill since the drip tray doesn't actually clip in, but I sent an email to Customer Service just to let them know. They were so nice and even though they don't have replacement trays they refunded a small part of the purchase price. They were great to work with and we've been very pleased with this grill/panini maker.

I have been wanting a Panini press for a while but due to the cost I have been holding off! When I saw this for the price and the features I jumped on it. It does not have an on and off button but it does heat up very quickly and it cooks the food thoroughly, it is nonstick, and it’s easy to clean as long as you do not let leave the food on there to dry. I have made so far sandwiches, grilled salmon and grilled vegetables - I must say the space itself is very large and I love that I could make up to four sandwiches at a time as well as use both sides for different things while I’m cooking! The one thing that I do not like is that it does not hold up right when you are cooking on one side, you have to have it stand up against the wall or something behind it which by the way has to be heat resistant because it gets hot! Other than that it is a great price For the product

Great for small sandwiches but large, thick sandwiches the angle distorts your sandwich.

Received with a broken hinge. Really disappointed. Cant even use it.

I finally decided to replace my old panini press that no longer heats on both sides with this one and I'm so glad I did! I've only used it once so far but it heated up quick, and seemed to evenly grill my sandwich in no time! I appreciate the nonstick surface and it is very easy to clean after use. It has little cups to catch grease, and I really like that it opens completely to it can be laid flat and used as a grill. I intend to try it like this next! Overall, good quality product, delivered quickly, and is a great addition to any kitchen!

Works very well

For a panini press/sandwich maker, this should have a floating hinge for thicker sandwiches. It's just a regular hinge. I put in some small frozen sausage patties, hash brown patties, and split English muffins and all cooked decently. This should give you an idea of how little room there is in this press for a sandwich of any thickness. All those items I tested were about 1/4-3/8 inch thick. If you put a 1.5 or 2 inch thick sandwich on there, it's gonna be squished. I like my sandwich toasted, not squished flat with bread so thin you can read through it. Also, there is no temperature control. I probably should have seen that, but it means this is a one trick pony. Also, forget getting it clean. The plates are attached and not removable so you're stuck cleaning the plates in place and not under hot water. I think I'll find someone to gift it to for Christmas and get a George Foreman.

I’ve been using this Yabano panini press for a bit now, and it’s been really handy for quick meals.
