Absolutely wonderful tool. It's not magic so don't expect to feel 100% better after a single use but if you give it some time, you'll absolutely experience improvement. I've been dealing with soreness in my quads and hip flexors for years and in just two weeks, I'm feeling some incredible differences. I always stretch, foam roll, etc. but this is far and away the best thing that's worked for me. It's a great quality tool and will probably last your lifetime. I typically use coconut oil but I'm sure any lubricant with sufficient viscosity will work just fine. I can feel every bump and ripple as the tool glides across my muscles making it easy to identify my trouble spots. It can hurt at times but it's definitely the good kind of hurt. The tool is worth every penny when you consider how much a single appointment for Graston costs. My house has practically turned into a physical therapy clinic. My wife, mother and I each use the tool on ourselves and each other. To that point, I sometimes find it difficult to hit every spot on my own so you'll likely get a lot more out of the tool if you have someone else willing to use it on you from time to time. The only negative I can think of is that the handles can get very slippery depending on what kind of lubricant you use. I would absolutely purchase again. Zero regrets!

I can’t say enough about this little tool. How can something so small be so amazing? I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and I keep it under my pillow. Sounds funny, but for real, I use it every night before I go to sleep and during the restless hours of the night when I can’t sleep. It’s so simple yet so effective for “scraping”. Releases tightness, tension, helps with inflammation and I’m currently working on area behind my knee called a bakers cyst. I don’t know if it’ll make it go away, as I’ve had it for years, but I’m sure going to try! I use this little tool ALL over from head to toe - literally. I love it on my hands, forearms, neck, upper back (where I can reach), lower back, hips, thighs, around knee, calves, ankles and feet. Oh. And face. That too. I cannot believe how good it feels everywhere. It’s the best purchase under 20 I’ve ever made. Only wish I had discovered it sooner!

Everyone should have one of these I got it originally for plantar fasciitis pain but for ankle sprains and sore muscles from straining or anything you work this over area (go to YouTube to learn ways to do it) and it really speeds up recovery. Gets blood flow in and scrapes fascia and all that crunchiness you feel in an injured area to heal you better. I even have my girlfriend give me back massages with it lol.

Love this for my own neck and have one for my partner. Great for opening fascia when you cannot visit practictioners. I have seen chiros all my life have never had one used on me. Saw them on videos. Good tool to have.

Discovered these types of massage tools while getting post-op physical therapy. There’s another u-shaped one that my PT used but I like this smaller one for my small size hand. Works great to run out muscle knots or tightness. Apparently chiropractors use these types of devices? Great value.

Great tool, well made, easy to hold and use for removing adhesions. In my case the tendons and traumatized tissue surrounding my recently fractured elbow. My OT uses a similar tool, and it really helps! As recommended by some, you could use a tongue depressor or spoon, but this really works better and gives me confidence that it the right tool. Again, very affordable!

I had a hip surgery recently and my physical therapist uses this to massage over my scar area. It feels so good, I had to get one myself to use at home. It's made of heavy, shiny, good quality, medical grade stainless steel and it's so durable. Unlike those jade stones, it won't break even if you dropped it. You can use it for life. Highly recommended for tsubo shiatsu massages and relaxation too.

This gua sha is so much easier to grip than a small jade gua sha. It covers a small or larger area very well. I don't have to fear it shattering if it gets dropped. And best of all, it loosened up the knots on my husband's back caused from work. And gave immediate relief from the pain in my feet/calves caused from planter fascitis. ( just look up a gua sha youtube video for instructions on what your desired goal is when using a gua sha) This specific gua sha is an excellent choice for multiple reason when trying to pick from all the options out there! *picture included for size reference

Great quality. Solid, smooth and works great. I was actually surprised by how nice this is for the money. Definitely worth adding to the arsenal of tools to help me feel less old and sore.
