This stuff is absolutely phenomenal. I ran the Chicago Marathon for the second time last year, and switched shoes in the middle of my training. I liked my new shoes but they rubbed my Achilles tendon in a way that created blisters no matter what I would do. I wore socks that covered the area, but it still happened. I found the most adhesive band aids I could find but they would only stay on for about an hour of running (or less on hotter days). I seriously tried everything I could think of: duct tape, athletic tape, gel squares, etc. I just couldn't bring myself to get different shoes though because they cost so much and I have a very tight budget and these methods were much less expensive. After scouring the internet for blister solutions, I finally found this on Amazon and saw the great reviews. Let me just say, the tape does not disappoint. This tape is so sticky that it could seriously stay on for at least four or five days if you didn't take it off. And that includes showering and whatever else that would make most tape fall off. I work full time in lawn service and wore the leukotape during work every day and then for all my runs as well. So, I used this tape working 8 hours a day sweating in the hot sun, and then in the evening would go for 5-10 mile runs and this stuff stayed on without a problem, covering my blister area. On long runs it worked like a charm as well. I ran an 18 miler that was almost all in the pouring rain, and the tape didn't budge. I also wore it during my marathon and it was on there like a rock still at the end. You don't even notice it either, you would swear there is nothing on you at all. I changed out the tape every day for the sake of cleanliness, although honestly that stuff could have stayed on for a LONG time if needed. One thing I highly suggest though is to put something over the blister first and then put the tape on, so that the tape doesn't tear the blister when removed. Also, if you can't take the pain of having it rip off leg hair, you might want to shave the area before hand if it is contacting hair. The tape can be a pain to take off, so I would suggest taking it off in the shower when it comes off a tiny bit easier. But that's the great thing about this tape! It is tough! Altogether, I have no complaints and I am so thankful this stuff is out there! It helped my marathon training greatly!

The tape works great for stabilization and immobilization. It is strong and adheres to the skin well. I bought it for tendinitis in my wrists and hands when braces and kinesiology tape weren't effective. It was very effective in keeping my wrist immobilized during the day. However, it seems I am allergic to the adhesive that is used. Experiencing painful rash that feels like burns has prevented me from wearing it more than a day at the time. My fault for continuing to wear it despite irritation. It's been 5 days without the tape and I still have welts:( I would be cautious if you have sensitive skin and plan on wearing it for extended periods where any moisture might become trapped beneath the tape such as showering or sweating.

This works excellently for its intended use: preventing hot spots from becoming blisters. Again, apply BEFORE irritated skin develops a blister. It sticks well for days, even if exposed to water and sweat. You do have to put some work into washing off the adhesive, but it's worth it. You can also use it for patching the inside of shoes if the fabric wears out. I cut a few strips the width of my foot, stick them to wax paper, and put them in my first-aid kit. Those strips are good for at least a year.

If you need to use tape for anything on your body for any reason this is the one to get. I use this for saving my feet if I am hiking, biking, or camping and I start to get a blister. It is like having a second skin and any rubbing or chafing your feet might experience will be gone or mitigated by this miracle stuff. Be prepared to have some pain or hair pulled out when you remove it though. Because, man oh man, it sticks to your body like nothing else I have ever used. Imagine the brown part of a bandaid (this might even be what that part is made out of) all over. It has incredible staying power. I used it for a 5-day camping trip and it stayed put the entire time even after I went swimming 3 or 4 times during that trip. I even found other unique applications for it like taping my big toe up after having issues with an ingrown nail. I looped it around the underside of my toe to pull the skin back and allow the nail to grow out without digging into my skin and it works like gangbusters. You could use this stuff like that professional sports tape stuff they sell if you were so inclined as well. I suppose your imagination is where this stuff ends because I have used it for a multitude of things. Get this stuff...As just a first aid back up this is great too because this roll will last you a good long time and it doesn't dry out like other tapes that sit around. My roll is over a year old and it still gets used. I figure I'll have to buy another in another year based on my usage, but I did get a larger roll to be fair.

I was looking for a sports tape with good adhesive, and this tape fits my wishes. It is the strongest tape; it won't come loose. I used it to tape some gauze to my foot.

I bought this tape specifically for my 10-day trek TMB. It worked good in blister prevention. I taped all the hotspots on my feed, and replaced the tape daily before shower - which I realized now that it was not good practice, I was supposed to leave it on and eventually the tape would come off by itself. It has great adhesion. HOWEVER, on the 8th day of using this tape daily, I started to get bad reaction - the taped areas were red and itchy, which did not bother my trek. Once I got home after the trek, and stopped using the tape completely, the itchiness became a rash. I looked this up and it appears to be a fairly common phenomena. Some people get this rash so bad they have to see dermatologist. It is like contact dermatitis. The rash can be very itchy, unconfortable, and painful upon scratching as it tightens the skin. Both my feet were swollen for couple days after I stopped using the tape. It was been 12 days now , my feet are no longer swollen, the itchiness has gone down, however my skin where the tape was, is still very red and tender, it looks almost like tape-induced skin burn.

I heard so much rave reviews... like it was a miracle tape. But it disappointed me... it didnt last very long. I didnt even had water on it... it peeled off when I slept by itself in under 20 hours. Full of regrets. So expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.

I read about Leukotape on a hiking website so I ordered one to take with me for my almost 40km hike. I started having blisters halfway into the hike, so I slapped a few on my feet and they didn't move one bit. Amazing product, I will always bring them with me. They stick very well and are made from natural products. Highly recommended

My husband got blisters just before he was going to run the half marathon, I ordered this and he said he couldn’t feel his blisters at all! I definitely recommend. He did have a blister plaster on and then this on top.
