Replacement of the flower
The flower has not bloomed at all and would like to return it or have it replaced. I've attached a picture of it. Please let me know how we can handle this

Blooms beautifully and lasts a long time
Flowers bloomed beautifully and still has amazing green growths all these months later. Hope to remove wax coating and get to rebloom. Amazing that it never needs water.

Very slow growing!
I sent one of these bulbs to my daughter and to my daughter-in-law and they were delivered November 30 and December 6th. Each of them has only about 1" of growth so far (as of January 10). On the other hand, bulbs I bought for myself from the big store have fully bloomed beautifully. It looks like a bloom shoot, but I can't believe how long it is taking.

Didn’t grow
The bulb arrived looking black and dead where it should grow. It never grew and after several weeks I requested a replacement. The second bulb arrived in the same condition. It appears that they may have been exposed to cold weather. I am waiting for the replacement to grow but it it’s looking likely. I ordered one for my daughter which has grown beautifully, but I am not happy with the quality control.

fabulous gift
I gave this as a Christmas gift. It 's now mid February, and it has flowered twice with 4 large beautiful flowers each time. My sister in law has been sending me the most amazing pictures of it, as she enjoys watching it flower. Will definitely send yearly to everyone from now on
