great product
love Spigen products. I purchased the Spigen case and absolutely love it. It's durable and already protected my phone against several falls. So naturally, when it was time to order a screen protector, I chose the Spigen screen protector. I live in a household where we ALL have multiple iPhones. Even my toddler has an older iPhone he uses to go on apps or play games on. Every now and again, my little guy gets annoyed with his "old" iPhone 5 and wants to upgrade and use my brand now iPhone 6S lol. In addition to my toddler playing rough with my phones, I am not the most delicate when it comes to phones. Needless to say, screen protectors in this house are a MUST!Many school kids have lice this year, I decided it was time to take preventative measures. I talked to a few people I knew and discovered that most of them werenโt doing anything to prevent lice, but those that were all said that they were using Fair Tales products . I canโt yet speak to whether these products actually work for preventing lice because my kids have not been exposed to it since we started using it (not to my knowledge anyway), but I can say that I love that this product is all natural. I can also say that I like the smell and that it makes all of our hair feel clean and look shiny. Even IF it doesnโt actually work to prevent lice, Iโd buy it again for those reasons alone. I just wish it was cheaper because at these prices I may not be able to afford to buy it all the time. We've used this brand for over 2 yrs now. While other kids in my daughter's class have caught lice, my daughter never has. Not sure if it's luck or the product but we're not taking any chances! My 6 yr old loves the rosemary, tea tree, citronella-ish smell too! And it does not leave my daughter's hair greasy or stiff like I see other products that other parents use does to their kids! My favorite review is the reason I bought it and it says โf you have ever been through the horrendous and embarrassing situation of finding lice in your children's hair, you know that it is the most frantic work a parent will have to endure (assuming that you are a clean person and value cleanliness). I tore my house and beds and towels and rugs and pillows apart-washed everything in practically boiling water about every day for a week and treated my two little boys (who had gorgeous thick blond curls)with the harsh chemical lice treatments from the pharmacy. THEN, I wrapped their poor heads, which were burning from the chemical in plastic wrap after having saturated their hair in olive oil. Try keeping two children ages 2 and five to sit for 3 hours with THAT on their heads. After doing this twice and knowing my house HAD to be free of ANYTHING, I was exhausted but confident that I had defeated the ugly lice problem. HA HA HA.....11 weeks later as my two year old was in my lap, I just happened to see one live louse in his hair. I flipped out!!!! I had been checking their heads daily and there was nothing, to my delight. OMG!!! THEN I STUMBLED UPON THE FAIRY TALES WEBSITE and MY LIFE WAS INSTANTLY CHANGED. I ORDERED EVERYTHING!! IT WORKED, LICE HAVE NEVER RETURNED EVEN WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE OUTBREAKS AT SCHOOL. I am still vigilant about checking heads thoroughly twice a week, but I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THESE PRODUCTS. I even use the conditioner on occasion and I like it. The kids like the smell, I like the smell, and it doesn't burn or irritate. As a parent who has been through this, I can tell you that lice are a new breed of super-bug that are immune to traditional medicinal treatments. If you can afford the products THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Iโ so true! I've purchased cheap screen protectors in the past and found I had to replace them every few months. Unlike some of the cheaper protectors, the Spigen screen protector for iPhone 6s is made from tempered glass, not plastic. It is harder and less easy to scratch. It also protects your screen better because it provides a thicker layer of protection. It was also very easy to install. It pretty much came with everything needed to apply the screen protector. It also came with a very detailed instruction guide on how to properly install the screen protector. I cleaned the screen with an alcohol wipe. I then used the dry cloth in the kit to completely dry my screen before applying the screen protector. The guide stickers are also included to pretty much keep the the installation dummy-proof. This helps against those nasty bubbles that form when the screen is improperly installed. Once my screen was clean, I used the stickers to guide and drop the protector onto the screen. It adhered perfectly and smoothly, with no bubbles. The size is smaller than the front glass of the iPhone, however I found this helps it to stay on screen properly with my case on it. The screen protector is very clear, you won't realize its exists. It provides good protection for smudges. The nice thing is that it doesn't interfere with any function of the Touch 3D. My two year son immediately grabbed the phone from me and put his little sticky fingers all over it. To my surprise, there were no fingerprint marks left on the screen. Pretty impressive. I cannot comment on the durability of the screen protector since I just applied it. However, if I am not satisfied, I will update my review. Overall I highly recommend this screen protector. I love that it comes with everything you need to install. Although I received this screen protector free or at a discounted rate to provide an unbiased honest review, this doesn't affect my five star rating for it. I rely heavily on reviews before buying products so I personally like to be honest when reviewing items myself! If at any time I find the product does not live up to the initial review, I will update my review to reflect my findings. I found this screen protector to be of excellent quality and would recommend it to family and friends. Hope you found my review to be helpful. If so, please click on the yes below ;)

Good shampoo -- for lice prevention and simple, healthy hair; smells great too!
We LOVE this shampoo. We used it as a preventative when my daughter was young. She is now in college, her hair was not looking healthy. She had been trying all different types of shampoos and products. We went back to this shampoo and her hair is nice and shiny again. I use it too -- for healthy hair and the pleasant scent.

I was a "Desperate Louse-Wife"
We have not had an issue with lice since we started using Fairly Tales Shampoo. After multiple outbreaks in my kids school, I did a ton of research on dealing with lice and lice prevention. If you are at your wits end and are about the line your family up and shear them like a heard of sheep, read on.... Here is what I have found to work for me: Personal Experience - My kids are now 8 & 10. I have dealt with lice twice โ once when my daughter was 5 (with one recurrence two weeks later) and once when she was 7. The second time around I learned a new tactic that prevented a recurrence (daily combing with a lice comb for three weeks). Last school year I added daily doses of prevention spray to the mix. I also added tea tree oil to everything! Both my kids are sick of the smell of tea tree oil! Lice do not care about what kind of house we live in, our economic status, our level of cleanliness etc... In fact, lice actually prefer clean hair because they can move around more freely. While we can't prevent being exposed to lice, there are some simple and effective steps we can take to prevent constant outbreaks and recurrences in our families and classrooms. 1. Get a Professional Steel Lice & Nit Comb Most professionals use and recommend the Nit Free Terminator Lice Comb (Available on Amazon). There are others available, but it is the top rated nit and lice comb out there. 2. Use Your Lice Comb Weekly & All-Year Regardless If You See Lice or Nits. According to lice professionals, this is the most important prevention technique we can ever do because it is extremely easy to miss lice and nits, especially if an outbreak is in the early stages. If your child has been around someone with lice or there is a known outbreak at school, bump up your combings to two or three times a week to catch early infestations (Note: when I say combings, I am always referring to using a steel nit & lice comb). If your child is prone to getting lice and there are known outbreaks, bump up the combings to daily until the outbreaks have totally cleared. If your child has just been treated for lice, it is extremely important to: - Do daily combings for at least two weeks following treatment. One of the reasons for this is lice leave behind a โsentโ that attracts more lice. Also, if you have missed any nits, you will have a new case of lice all over again and daily combing catches things early. Re-infestation is extremely common for several weeks after an initial treatment is done. -After two weeks, if nits and/or lice are not found during combings for at least two consecutive days, you can go down to two or three times a week and then once a week for maintenance if no re-infestations occur within the month. Use prevention products such as the Fairy Tales Line, Licelogic ( both on Amazon) You can also make your own prevention spray by adding tea tree oil (5 drops to 1 ounce) to your kids shampoo, conditioner, detangler and hairspray. Spray your kids hair right before school or any event where they will be around other children. Have girls wear their hair up in a bun or in a tight braid during a known outbreak. Speak to your kids about the importance of not sharing brushes, hats or other hair accessories. Increase your prevention tactics (combing, treatment shampoo, spray etc...) right after kids return to school from any break (summer, Christmas, spring etc..) Ramp up your prevention efforts after travel, vacation, sleepovers, camps, visits from cousins or any new group your kids are exposed to. More Information On Combing Spending ones time and energy actually doing a careful and thorough combing is a far better method than doing weekly head-checks alone. It is very important to learn how to use the lice comb correctly so it is effective at removing all the nits and lice. A short video that I found helpful is by a company called Lice Control. The most important thing to remember about effective combing is to divide the hair into small sections and comb each section from all directions. This means you comb it from the top down, from the bottom up, from right to left and left to right. Make sure the tips of the comb stays on the scalp across the entire section before you pull the hair through the comb. Head Checks Note: Again, I want to make the point that it is important to know how to do a thorough head check, but current thinking is that combing with a lice comb is far more important than just checking. That said, it is still important to know how to do thorough head-checks. When a child is sent home with lice, many parents will say that they just did a lice check and are shocked to learn the lice are in full party mode on their child's hear. The truth is, they probably missed the early signs several days before. Unless a child has an advanced case of lice, the chances of actually seeing lice or nits in a 30-second head check is rare. A careful lice-check takes several minutes or more depending on the length and thickness of the hair. Because of this, it is not feasible for teachers to take time out the the school schedule to do thorough lice checks. Typically teachers will do checks if there is a known outbreak in the classroom, but parents need to be the ones taking prevention seriously as there is only so much a school can do. The best place to do do a head-check is outside in bright sunlight. If that is not possible, use a spotlight. I usually have my daughter put her head down on a table, part her hair down the middle and divide it into sections. Then, using a rat-tail comb I go through each section, examining one paper-thin row at at time. This will take me 5 to 10 minutes, but she has long, thick hair. My son has short, fine hair so it takes me just a couple minutes to go through his hair. On average, a careful lice-check can be done in just a few minutes if you know what you are looking for. Nits - are attached to one side of a single piece of hair near the scalp. They are about the size of a poppy seed (or smaller) and are oval in shape. They range in color from white (already hatched) to yellow, tan, brown or dark brown. It is very easy to mistake sand, dirt, dry skin or other things caught in the hair for nits. Remember that nits are always "glued" to a single piece of hair, therefore will not easily move. Lice โ are about the size of a sesame seed but can vary in color and be various shades (light or dark) tan, yellow, brown or reddish. They also vary in size depending where there are in their life-cycle. The pesticide-based products (like Rid & Nix) are no longer effective. The professionals now use enzyme based products for their initial treatment (available with all the product lines I mentioned above). Some people have found treatments with coconut or olive oil mixed with tea tree oil to be very effective at killing the lice (not the nits). This method involves saturating your child's hair with the mixture, working it through the hair, covering it with a plastic cap and sleeping in it. The most important part of treating lice (regardless of your initial treatment method) is to learn to use your lice comb correctly and comb every day for two to three weeks. If you are not diligent with combing, you will most likely have constant recurrences . This is an area where five minutes of prevention every day can save hours of dealing with an infestation. --

nice, but not for us
Used this as a follow-up to getting rid of lice on me and my 2 young girls. Bottle arrived quickly and I was pleasantly suprised wth the size and included pump. Made the girls hair smell great. Made my hair a little heavy feeling (I have very fine blonde hair). My oldest seemed to break out around the neck area while using this product, so we have stopped using it. The bumps would go away about an hour after use, so figured it was some type of allergy... UPDATE: I broke this out of the closet the other day because I freaked when I saw my daughter itching her head. Luckily, no lice, but have been suing this again on and off just to keep buggies away. I really like the smell and lather, still has the heavy hair affect. Makes me think I followed it with leave in conditioner or something, but it works out well for daughters thick hair, just not my fine hair. I've also used on pets (hoping it would keep buggies off them, too?). My daughter DID NOT break out again, maybe it was something in the bath water at the time, we have moved since then.

OMG!
This shampoo, has totally, blown me away! It's amazing! Here's my story: I am a 24 yr old female, who had lice when i was very young ( around 11) and it was a DREADFUl experience. Truly traumatizing. I remember my mother slaving on my hair, for 5 hrs (none too gently, she was quite frusterated), yanking on it to keep me awake, asking me if I thought this was what she wanted to be doing at 4 am... It was the 3rd time i had gotten lice in 1 year, and we were both at our wits end. I am surprised she didn't just shave it all off like she frequently threatend. Regardless, that was the last time i got lice in 12 years. After that night, i never got close to any of my friends at school, and didn't let anyone touch my hair. Things were good for years, until 1 week ago... Last week, as i was combing my hair (and i have really long hair), i happened to look down at my lap, and what do i see but a strange little bug crawling around... I was shocked. What was it? I had no clue. I figured somehting had gotten into my hair from being outside, brushed it off and called it a day. However, the next day, i was brushing my hair out again, and once MORE, there was a little bug crawling on my lap... I started to panic. Having been to young to remember what lice looked like, i couldn't immediately identify what the bug was. However, i DID remember the tiny popping noise they would make when my mother would squeeze them between her nails. Dreading what would occur, i proceeded to take the tiny bug between my two thumb nails, i proceeded to smush it, and low and behold, it popped. Whats worse, there was a tiny speck of blood left behind. I started to freak out. How was this possible?!? Here i am, 24 yrs old, brushing my hair in my car, about to go to work, and i had just found out, i had lice... Cue the apocalypse. Ok, so maybe that's somewhat melodramatic, but i was truly freaking out. How could this have happened?!? With all the mortification in the world, i sucked it up, went to work, and proceeded to check myself in every reflective surface available, worrying if there were any lice crawling around on my clothes. Thank God, there weren't. That day, after work, i debated whether going straigh to the store to buy a bottle of Rid, as thats what i remember my mother using, but i was too embarassed to do so. Instead, i hit the net, and proceeded to scour the web until i had an answer. Thankfully, i came to amazon.com pretty early in my search, and while looking up lice shampoos's, i saw that this one i had never heard of, had more reviews than the rid i was planning on buying. After reading the first couple reviews, i was almost sold on buying the shampoo, untill i came to the most recent ones. Those dodn't seem too promising. After thinking it over, and failing to find something else with as many possitive reviews, or the same combination of ingredients that lice apparently hate (te atree oil, lavendar, etc) i decided to give this and the terminator comb i found on this site a shot. Best descision i could have possibly made! At first, i was a little apprehensive about whether the shampoo would work or not, because all the directions say is: "use to keep bugs, lice, and other insects away from your childrens hair". There is nothing in there about killing the bugs when they are already there. However, having nothing to lose, i proceeded to try it, abd hope to God it would work. If not, i had already decided i was going to nuke my head with all the pesticides the rid had to offer and more. Warning labels be dammed! I HAD to get rid of this problem. As it happened, i could tell something was happening, because as soon as i put on the shampoo, my head started to tingle a little. Then, even though the instructions don't say it, i rinsed it out, lathered myself up again, and chose to leave it in for 10 min. After that, i rinsed it out, hoping to God it had worked. Seeing as how i have so much hair, i enlisted my sister in laws help in combing it out. She used a gerber comb on my hair that she had from when my nieces got lice (turns out i got it from them, because i didn't KNOW the had lice), and she was stumped. She started combing through my hair, and what she found was amzing. It seemed to her, that all she was looking at were dead lice. She was cleaning off the comb on a separate towel after every brush, and telling me how when she had combed through my nieces hair, that bugs had still been alive when she'd used the rid. She couldn't believe it, and neither could i. It seemed too good to be true, for a non harmful shampoo. Jokingly, i said that maybe they were only stunned. Turns out that i was kind of right. After combing through my hair for 45 mins, my sister in law proclaimed me bug free, and we started looking at the towel. It was then i realized, some of the bigger bugs, were moving. I had been right to think they were stunned, so we killed them. However, i was NOT dissapointed. This shampoo, by far, performed the best of any me and my family have ever come across. It totally KILLED the smaller lice, and stunned the bigger bugs, for at least 30 mins. Ample enough time for someone, with help, to remove any bugs from their hair. Plus, to top it all off, it's completely safe to use everyday! It doesn't contain harmful chemicals like other shampoos out there. Needless to say, my family and i have decided to use it everyday. On everyones hair. Bugs or not. Currently, i am on day 3 of using the shampoo, and the past 2 days, i have started using the terminator comb. Fantastic! It works superbly! The space between the teeth, is virtually non existent. So, it REALLY get everything out. I have never seen anything like the terminator comb, or this shampoo, in stores, and its mind boggling! Why isn't this out there?! It's something that ACTUALLY works, and isn't harmful. I will never use anything else again. I'm not someone who normally writes reviews, but here i am writting this one, in hopes that anyone else who finds themselves dealing with the situation i faced, either as a child or as an adult, can find some relief.

...And We Live Happily Ever After - Fairy Tales Lice Repelling Shampoo
This is my children's primary shampoo. We have used it for years. **PACKAGING: It comes sealed so there is never leakage issues. The bottle and lid are of good quality. **SHAMPOO: Shampoo has a lovely fragrance that isn't over-powering. There are no dyes so it is a clear natural color. The most notable fragrances are lavender and rosemary. My 7 year old is able to wash and rinse her own hair now and never complains about the soap stinging her eyes so I would say it is gentle. Her hair feels clean and is manageable to brush after being toweled dry. My daughter loves the shampoo. My 11 year old son likes it too. **USEFULNESS: It could be a combination of things such as being aware of high risk activities that cause lice and psychological peace-of-mind...but when we use this shampoo, we don't have lice in this house. I went a couple of months without this shampoo for the kids, replacing it with a lavender shampoo and my daughter ended up with lice. Obviously that was traumatic enough for the family. As a part of our eradication procedure we purchased the 32oz bottle of Fairy Tales again. We have not been without it since. My family are faithful users since Summer 2012. **VALUE: I believe the $20ish bucks is a great value for the amount of "servings" in the 32oz bottle. We wash hair on average of 3 times a week and the bottle lasts for months. When I break that down in cost compared to what it costs in $$ and anguish when lice comes home...always having this in the house is no-brainer. **Please note that although the title of product says "Organic Hair Care" it is not. I knew this when I purchased so there was no surprises but it could be misleading to new customers. To be clear, nowhere on the bottle does it say that the product is organic so I believe this is a seller discrepancy (or whoever listed this product), not a manufacturer/product discrepancy.
