It's not the correct one but I tried it to see. It doesn't fit the Motorola that we use. Ours needs the orange screw on part at the pin plug.

Caroo ear piece
I got this for work. Unfortunately did not work for me. The sound was terrible, I couldnโt hear my co-workers. I would invest in some better.
