I love this! As I've aged, I've lost the ability to digest lactose. I love ice cream, but it was giving me an upset tummy. Now I make my own with lactose free products or goat milk or yoghurt.

Good for making ice cream to eat after dinner .it is quite noisy and you Must ensure the bowl has been in the freezer for the full 12 hours before use .it takes up a lot of space in the freezer.Made nice ice cream with no additives though healthier than shop bought.

Well that was a waste of £28. The lid was not easy to get off once it has been locked in place. The mixture had to be poured through the funnel opening from there it splattered everywhere - in between the lid and base and leaked out. The lid is a solid piece and as it contains the motor, it can't be put into the water to clean. So that's a challenge. The mixture has to be poured in while the beater is turning and it settles on the base of the drum. The only way to remove the layer on the base is to soak it is warm water. No scraping or use of any implement will get it off. So a quarter inch layer of icecream mixture is wasted. Added to the amount that is splattered on the lid and leaked out the sides.... this was a messy experience. Never to be repeated. My first and only attempt at using an icecream maker has gone down as a waste of time and money.

Jury is still out on this one. Used 3 times. Followed recipes and instructions but it has not created ice cream. I will keep going and try and master it

Makes really good ice cream as I am lactose intolerant so I can adjust the recipe and make nicer food

Great ice cream makerHave made sorbet and mango vegan ice cream which was very easy and actually looks and tastes like ice cream. Highly recommend

The beaters are too flimsy and light

Well built, easy to clean with a wildish paddle. Retains frozen temperature much longer than others, probably due to the outer plastic shell on yhe bowl. A little bit loud but nothing that the tv sound cannot drown.

I bought the ice cream maker to make diabetic friendly ice cream and so far I am trying my fourth recipe and every one has turned out to be an ice block. It also didn't say that the power cord was for overseas and not Australia. I'm about to put it on Gumtree.
