This scale really rocks. If you’re looking for a scale that won’t break the bank and holds a charge for a long time, look no further. We sell gemstones and minerals and use the scale 3-5 times a week and we lost our charger and the scale worked for 3 more months. Highly recommend

I use this for weighting for U-Pick fruits. It is easy to use and accurate. except poor English manual, I do not have complaint at all. btw customer service is good and my question was answered timely.

Great Customer Support
Updated review: After posting my first review, customer service got a hold of me right away. Went through some trouble shooting and determined that I was eligible for a replacement scale. Got delivered in two days. Definitely a happy camper as I thought I was out of luck. New scale is working great! First review: Currently within 2 year warranty. Poor rating posted to try and get a hold of seller to uphold warranty for product. Scale won’t charge anymore so I am unable to use it now.

Worked great, until prong on lid broke.
Have had this scale for less than a year- it does a great job- but the lid has lost one of its prongs and no longer reads accurate- Haven't been able to find a replacement to repair the issue.

Doesn't work
The scale I received was defective and did not turn on. When I lift the scale, I can hear pieces inside moving around, as if parts are out of place. The compartment for batteries also appears to be missing pieces, as there are no coils on either side for the batteries to connect to.

Short term life
This scale worked great until it didn't. Just over two years old and used infrequently, always plugged in. Now the battery is dead and the scale is unusable.
