Taking a Citracal - Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D3 pill is part of my morning routine.I cannot find this product in my neck of the woods so I'm thankful for Amazon.Now, my 2 bottles of 280 caplets one of which is stored in a cold pantry will keepme well-stocked.

With osteoporosis, these help to keep bones strong
Got tired of spending $15 a month for the size bottles sold at the stores, so these will last for a long time for a lot less expensive price. Yes, they are a bit difficult to swallow, but with a warm drink, they go right down. Bottom line is that they do the job.

Too early to tell how well it works, but it's made of the right stuff.
What does one say about a supplement one has been taking for only a week or so? It hasn't had time to really work, and I won't be getting another Dexa Scan for a couple years. Also, results will presumably depend on how well I stick to the exercise suggestions I was given. No mention was made of adding magnesium or Vitamin K2 (the Citracal includes D3), but I've added both. I'll repost when I have more results. BTW, the bottle no longer looks like this; the grey? background is now white, the yellow patch on one side is gone and it looks much cleaner.02/15/18 - Nothing new to report but I did want to mention that a "serving" of this stuff is 4 tablets; 2 tabs TWICE A DAY, so don't think that bottle of 280 will last forever. I feel like I've dedicated my life to taking pills (I also take a multi which needs 4 a day, plus an assortment of other supplements). I really shouldn't complain though; at 81, I'm still driving and taking horseback riding lessons.
