Excellent quality
Sleek, very modern look. The price was scary good, I was afraid there was a hitch, but no scratches or missing parts. Put it in in less than 1/2 hour. We had a Hansgohe faucet we put in our old house, which I loved, then of course we moved and I inherited a Pfister. I think Grohe and Hansgrohe are the same family, a little different, but still quality. I'm very happy with it.

Awesome
It’s beautiful. I like that the sprayer buttons are hidden on the backside so it looks very clean and streamlined. The way the water flows out is beautiful too - it flows out clear, not white and airy. Perhaps it’s because of this unique flow, but it’s very quiet when the water is flowing out. The water pressure is excellent, definitely better than our previous faucet. I also like that the distance from the faucet to the countertop is only 8 1/2 inches. We had a plumber install it as part of a remodel. LOVE IT!

LOVE this faucet!
Beautiful faucet and very easy to install. The included instructions aren't great but found a really good You Tube video and had it installed in short order. The upper wrench installation makes it so much easier than other brands. No need for big bulky plumbing wrenches. I'm always a Grohe fan. Great products.

Restricted Water Flow
This is a very nice looking faucet and it works fine. I paid a handyman to install and he seemed to get it done pretty easily particularly compared to another faucet set he replaced in our powder room from a different manufacturer which took hours and to install and a return visit to stop a leak. The kitchen faucet has a fairly low flow (I measured one gallon/minute, not the 1.5 or 1.75 which the listing states, and that is after the installer played around with the restrictor to get the flow up to 1.0. That said, it is sufficient and the spray gives it strength when needed. One issue to look out for is the handle which rotates back for hot water. We have a counter on the back side of the sink at bar height and the faucet handle hits the overhang of the counter, making it difficult to put the hot water on all the way. This will not be an issue if you do not have anything behind the sink as an obstruction. Overall, I am happy with this item.

Spayed doesn’t work flooded kitchen!
Had this faucet for a year and then the sprayer stopped working and it flooded our kitchen. Had to remove the sprayer and now can’t find a replacement part. What is the warranty on this from Grohe?

Disappointed with quality and the customer service
Bought this faucet in October 2024. I bought Grohe because I wanted a quality faucet I would have no problems with for years to come. Within the first year it started dripping. I contacted Grohe and they gave me a link to purchase a new cartridge (should have been sent for free). I did not buy the cartridge and eventually the faucet stopped dripping. Then about a month ago the pull out spray nozzle malfunctioned and will only work on high spray unless I toggle the switch several times. It shoots water so strong it soaks the entire area and me. I looked at purchasing a new nozzle and it is around 90 to 100 dollars. I have used Grohe products for years and have always been happy but this one is a huge disappointment.

Bad Faucet
Have had nothing but problems with this faucet in just months of installing it. It continues to come loose, leaking and it's very difficult to tighten. The entire unit has to be taken apart in order to tighten the nozzle and the middle area where the lever is.
