Quality pine, light weight. Good wax coating on frames. Easy, simple put together, assembly in less than an hour for all 40, no wood splits, everything fit perfectly. Just need a hammer for finishing nails and add some wood glue for extra hold if needed. Trust me! bees won't care, long as they have their space. These were extra I needed for boxes and swapping out for honey extraction.

This is my first bee box and after a very easy job putting the hive together. With no problems also had all the frames which take a longer time for 30 frames but all fit together very nicely. This product was so nice I’m considering buying another one. w peyatt. Thanks!

These are great frames! They went together super easy with the included nails. Not one of them split! Perfect fit inside my hive box. I will be ordering more as my bee venture grows. 🐝

I don’t know whose old growth forest was chopped down for these but the growth rings are super tight. I have never split the wood tapping in the nails (supplied). I glue and nail. The machining is consistently the best by far. As a woodworker I am amazed how well the pieces fit. The finish - no rough edges, no splinters, all edges are very crisp and clean. This means a faster assembly time. A pleasure to put together. The wax on the foundation smells off to me (smoky?). Not quite like clean beeswax should. So I swap them out with another brand I know was USA made. Also, yes they are made in China. Says so on the box. I will probably clean off their wax and re-coat them with wax I know is good. I have bought these 3 times now and I am very happy with them. After these other manufacturers disappoint me.

Assembling was easy I prefer assembled frames but these work.

Purchased these twice already and have had no issues at all. Nothing broken, all the parts were there, all good and bees are happy too.
