What is the largest micro sd card you can put in this ?

I don’t think they really give a largest size. I can use a 256. Probably a 512 is fine. I normally use a 128. I listen to old radio shows and it is my understanding that when it comes on and says retrieving data, the larger the card the longer it takes.

How long did everyone’s headphone jack last?

Years. I have SONY MP3 players from 2010. They still work without problems. (Screen, battery & headphone jack still works) NOTE it will work as long as you are not the type of person to put constant pressure on cords. (if so BUY a right-angle 3.5mm adapter) Another option is Bluetooth receivers to plug headphones in. They have media controls and cheaper than Bluetooth headphones (use headphones of choice and no need to buy new headphones when battery dies) SONY MW600, SBH54 & SBH56
