Good low pressure gauge for fat tires
We needed a low pressure gauge for some fat tire bikes and this works very well. My floor pump doesn't provide the accuracy at lower pressures (i.e. 11-13 PSI), but this gauge is quite accurate. The bleeder valve is operated by a push button, which helps when I've over inflated a tire and need to drop the pressure. High quality build as well. Although I've not dropped or abused it, it feels like it would sustain a moderate drop on the driveway if I were to display my normal clumsiness. Price wise, it appears to be a good deal.

Value for Money
Milton still makes Schrader pressure gauges in the USA, but their Accu-Gage line is strictly from China. I was hoping that would not be the case, but my fears were realized. Despite that, the product was very solid out of the plastic box, attached firmly and securely to my bike's Presta valve, and took an accurate reading. The same could not be said for the absolutely horrible SKS Airchecker Digital Pressure Gauge that I returned yesterday. I wish more products were made in the USA, because the quality is better, but it is what it is.

Not actually a car gage
I bought this for a bicycle and the packaging makes it look like this gage will only work on a car. After some mild panic I tried this gage on my bicycle. I really like it! Definitely works with presta valves. I'm not looking for high accuracy but I wanted something that gives me a rough measurement of my tire pressure and if I need to set up my pump - this gets the job done.

Sexy tire gauge
This is the fanciest tire gauge I have ever got. I am new to presta valves. All my previous bikes I ran schrader valves. So I just used the long skinny tire gauge sold for auto tires. This one works pretty slick. I really like the pressure blead off feature. The gauge does not move when you bleed off pressure though. I have the fancy anodized valve stems and it has wore away some of the anodizing with repeated use. To be fair the anodizing was pretty crappy anyway. I am happy with my purchase.

Not worth the aggravation
I purchased this gauged because I thought it was a Milton gauge. However, it doesn’t perform at the Milton level. I used it on three occasions before the gauge needle jammed up. I took it apart and ran some performance tests on it and discovered that the gear mechanism “skips” teeth each time “pressure” is released. Eventually, it gets to a point where you can’t release “pressure”. The gauge operates by moving that half moon coil seen in the photo where my fingers are on it. Squeeze closed “pressure” goes up, spread apart and “pressure” goes down. I am able to reset it each time it gets stuck (runs out of teeth on the gear mechanism) but it’s an aggravation as it only lasts a few uses at best before I need to take it apart and reset it. Skips: The gear mechanism “walks” on each use but doesn’t “walk” back the same amount on each “pressure” release. Eventually it runs out of teeth. Pressure: Pressure from an inflated tire moves the half moon coil and the release button also moves the same half moon coil in the opposite direction. This moves an arm that has teeth on it. The backside of the needle has the other set of teeth. When it is jammed on 10-15 psi there is no pressure in the gauge. It’s just a gear set that ran out of teeth. I used a phillips and small flat head screwdriver to open it.

Consistent accuracy and excellent usability
Fit it on valve and the pressure reading is maintained after you remove from valve. Maybe a bit too heavy to take on long bike packing trips where every gram counts.,

So I bought this gauge for the presta adapter and added a $20 from my favorite yellow industrial supply company
I did not trust the supplied gauge since anything with the stated accuracy would also cost quite a lot. So I bought this gauge for the presta adapter and added a $20 from my favorite yellow industrial supply company. This gauge is liquid filled, rated for 1% accuracy, and has a bigger 2.5" face so it can be read accurately. The threads on the adapter are 1/8" NPT, and I had to get a 1/4 female to 1/8 male brass fitting to add my 1/4" NPT gauge. I am very happy with the construction and machining of the presta adapter. It uses a short section of silicone hose to seal to the valve stem, and this could be gotten from an industrial supply house as well if it wears out. The fit is tight, so it stays on the valve stem without having to be held on. The result is a ~$35 gauge that I can really trust as I experiment with lower tire pressures. I found the gauge on my ancient Silca floor pump to be over 10% low compared to this gauge! If you have spent the money to move to tubeless tires, it would be well worth it to use a gauge like this to ensure that you are getting the most out of them.

Very nice gauge, feels solid and has a good seal ...
Very nice gauge, feels solid and has a good seal on the valve. I like how it keeps the reading until you press the purge valve. Works great for fine tuning your tire pressure. The only issue I had were the screws were loose but was an easy fix no problem. Great value!
