Great tracker!
I love these, so easy to use and keep track of my food, workouts and other things with weekly "check-in" area I have bought a ton of these and will continue to get them for my health journey!!

Accountability! Easy to use!
I am old school and love to write things down. It makes it easier to hold myself accountable. This item has been easy to use and only takes a minute or 2 of my morning to complete. I have been on this journey for 6 weeks now and it has been great! I love documenting things in this journal. If you are anything like me and dont really want to be on your phone more than you already are documenting your health journey... this is the item for you. Good investment.

Very useful.
At the beginning of this year, I made the decision to do my best to lose some weight. I ordered this journal to help me track my food, exercises, and other weight loss information. I love it. It has space for me to record everything which helps me keep track of how much I exercise and eat. It really keeps me on track. So far, I have lost 15 pounds. I would recommend this journal.

My Favorite Thing I pu chased this year
I will definitely be re-ordering this book. I love that the book has a built in time line of 13 weeks. This book logs none scale victories such as inches lost. I am also able to log my feelings. I use the notes portion to log go to recipes. It's really simple and it suits me better than any fitness journal I have tried before.

Good concept
This book is a good concept. However, I found there wasnt enough writing space to lg my daily information. Only used for a few days before becoming frusted and started using a free app instead.

PERFECT!
Perfect for what I wanted. Accountability for what I am eating and how much I am exercising. Tracks weekly measurements so if you mess up a week you can go back and see where you may have went wrong. I have had it a few weeks and am already thinking I wonder if I will keep up with it long enough that I will have to get a new one!

Useful booklet for exercise tracking
I have purchased multiple copies of this booklet as a way to keep up with my exercise and diet plan. Itโs very useful though you could probably make something similar with a computer and printer. However, this booklet helps keep me on track!
